Hi Pagick, from our last convo you said you were working on adding the feature of randomizing the profiles shown on the search page, and that it was going to be in the next update version, but after the new update few days ago, I installed it and there still isn’t anything like that there. The top profiles currently has it, the top users once you refresh a page, it randomly sorts them. I didn’t mean sorting users by compatibility on the searchpage, just randomly sorting them instead of sorting them by the date of registration, cos at the moment the latest registered users show up thereby making it impossible for the older registered users to be seen
Ok I see what you mean. I need some time to create a special algorithm for such sorting.

I achieved that by Changing from ‘orderby’ => ‘modified’, to ‘orderby’ => ‘rand’,
on /wp-content/plugins/datebook/templates/search/show-profiles.php

1) This “Add friend” button does not have settings. As a temporary solution, color can be changed by adding manually CSS styles. I will take this into consideration.
2) The moderation for users has already been realized on our side. In the next update it will be available.
3) This design is created with page builder. You can do it with your page builder too. But I may misunderstand you. The DateBook theme uses Bootstrap. If you would like to modify design and styles, then you should add changes to CSS styles manually. It is very difficult for us to add CSS customization. It is like to build a new page builder. May be one day, we will build our own page builder.
4) Mobile view is already realized in the theme. Also, we have added a functionality for mobile devices in the theme. But it is not fully implemented yet. So soon, we will start working on it.

1) we purchased your theme and installed the demo , but we are facing issues while importing images .
Profile images are not showing up on any of the pages . We checked the Uploads folder it shows empty folders with random names. we did not find any images in it .
We are using Elementor to page builder and adding shortcodes in it. Let us know how we can fix this .
2) Registration page is also showing this message “We are so sorry but at the moment the registration for new members is closed.” . Registration is enabled on theme options and in wordpress settings . please help us with this

Hi Mahdije. You are trying to edit the DateBook page. DateBook page is not editable. You should create your own page, insert our shortcodes, and edit it.

I didn’t understand How do I add a page I designed to the site without using Brizy Page Builder? 1) Insert this shortcode into your subscription page.
2) Select your subscription page here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages -> select your subscription page in this field “Profile: Subscription page”
3) Select your subscription page here: WordPress -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> My account page
4) Select this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profile page builder -> select “Third-party Page Builder”.
Done! Do the same for “Cart page” and “Checkout page”.
Regarding messages. No, it is not possible to count messages. Plans do not count or do not limit based on the number of messages. Only the number of contacts (users/profiles) is possible.
Hi Pagick. In the last update you solved the bug with the child theme: “theme settings did not save for child theme”. What would be the behavior now of the child theme with respect to the parent theme and vice versa?

Hi RaCLD, Now the parent and child themes have their own settings. But all the functions work the same.
For example: in the parent theme you set 18 profiles to be displayed on the search page. In the child theme you can set 30 profiles on the search page. All profiles will be displayed the same, all the functions will be the same. The only difference is the number of profiles on the search page.
I always use the child theme for any project.
So you’re telling me that from now on, if I activate the parent theme and make changes and SAVE the settings in the parent theme’s Datebook dashboard, then activating the child theme the aforementioned settings will NOT take effect and vice versa?

Possible solutions:
1) Deactivate other plugins and try to import countries again.
if no success, then try this below:
2) Go here and delete all countries: WordPress -> DateBook -> Countries and cities -> at the bottom, type in the word “Yes” in the field “Delete all records on one click”. -> click the “Delete” button.
3) Now, go here and install all countries: WordPress -> DateBook -> Countries Installer -<> cllick “Start”.
