Currently the theme don’t have options for custom fonts. You can try use a plugin to upload your fonts and then override the text elements with your new fonts via CSS. Send your request to our support website https://treethemes.ticksy.com/ our team can help you with that.

Hi Paulo, my website https://chineserestaurantawards.com has 504 gateway error and also loading slow. The hosting looked into it and found Rhythm theme error. This happened after I updated the theme.
The support is expired but I wonder if you can help without me to renew support, since it’s a theme error from developer.

Hi when I upload the “content.xml” It shows a white screen when I preview website and when i go back to the wordpress backend it says: “Sorry, there has been an error. File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”
——I have already updated the php limit settings with the required settings. I have wordpress godaddy hosting. Please advise

However still need a way to show events with date and time, if you have a good idea, let men know! I love the headers in Pine, is there a way to generate these in Rythm? I inherited a site with this theme on version 2.2.1. Is it the same theme by MediaLayout or JoiThemes? The logo looks the same but the author link is no longer on Themeforest (http://themeforest.net/user/JoiThemes/). I cannot find the option for a Purchase code or any purchase details. Will it be possible for me to update it to this latest version when I purchase it? Thank you

This version of Rhythm is completely new, we make an agreement with Bestlocker (author of HTML version) and Envato to build a new WordPress version of this template. Some content may work because they have same page builder (WPB) but the remain features, admin panels, portfolios, blogs etc, are different, so you will need to rebuild them.
As far as I know MediaLayout/JoiThemes author have been banned due to copyright infringements and theirs themes have been removed from the market.

HI there! We are thinking of buying this beautiful theme. However, we are a non-profit public organisation in Germany and have a legal issue with using Google Fonts dynamically. Therefore we would need to install a plugin like OMGF to store Google Fonts locally. I wondered if your theme supports plugins like that or could it in any case override the plugin’s settings and retrieve the fonts from Google anyway? Thanks in advance!

I have the same theme on drupal 7 and tried to use it on drupal 10 but too much error so I think I will move to wordpress wich has better structure but before buying the theme I would like to know if it use shortcode like on Rhytm theme ?

Unfortunately it will not been compatible with the old version you have, only the design is the same, the framework and all theme features are different, you will need to rebuild your website. As far as I know Themerella author have been banned due to copyright infringements and theirs themes have been removed from the market.
In relation to the features questions, yes you can add a top bar above the header and yes you can create custom sidebars and add them where you need.
