Hello, I have purchased the StudioFifty theme, and I’m experiencing an issue. When I’m building a page, I can see all the theme sections perfectly. I change the text and photos, but when I publish, they no longer appear. I’ve tested this in multiple browsers, and the issue persists. Hi. I recently purchased your theme and have been generally pleased with its design and functionality. However, I encountered a serious issue when trying to integrate a multilingual plugin Polylang (is not included with the theme but works perfectly on its own).
The problem is that as soon as the plugin is activated, the header and footer disappear from all pages. It seems that these elements are scripted in a way that prevents them from being recognized by the plugin. Given that multilingual support is essential for our website, I need assistance in resolving this issue.
Could you please provide guidance on how to adjust the theme so that it correctly recognizes the header and footer when Polylang is active? If any specific modifications are required in the theme’s structure or scripts, I would appreciate detailed instructions.

1. Please install and activate the “Add Polylang Support for Customizer” plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-polylang-support-for-customizer/ ). This will allow you to add custom sections, such as headers and footers, for your second language.
2. Please make sure to select all custom post types under Languages > Settings > Custom Post Types and Taxonomies to ensure proper multilingual functionality. ( https://paste.pics/T1A56 )
You will need to create headers, footers, and off-canvas menus for each of the three languages, and then set them in the Customizer. Please refer to the video tutorials for the Polylang plugin for guidance.

The theme uses an advanced menu system with Elementor. The Horizontal Menu is designed for large screens (desktop), while the Vertical Menu widget is for mobile devices and is placed in the Off-Canvas section, as shown in the demo.
To ensure the mobile menu displays correctly, use the responsive settings for Off-Canvas so it appears only on tablets and mobile devices. You can also import the demo site header and adjust the Off-Canvas settings to hide it on desktops and show it on mobile.

Hi, I have just started using your template. Congratulations on such a well-done design. I have tried to copy the thumbnail slider from the thumbnail slider page into my home page. It is displaying correctly, just like in the demo. The cursor appears based on the center arrow’s position and remains visible until the arrow reaches the image border. This behavior is a default browser cursor feature, so it cannot be hidden. On mobile, browsers use touch interactions instead of hover effects. Since the slider’s cursor appears on hover, it will only display when you touch the large slider image.

For the full-screen slider (hero slider), is it possible to have one static text while the background images rotate? Essentially, the copy (text) would remain unchanged on top, and only the images in the background would transition.

When redirected to contact us page, pop-up is getting triggered at first. Can you please let me know how I can remove this? I deleted the pop-ups from sections and flushed all the cache even after that it persists in contact up page.

The team member and popup are separate widgets, and they cannot be merged. You would need custom coding to achieve this effect.

No, it’s not that simple. It requires a lightbox feature to open the popup box, and the lightbox needs content from the popup box section. The team member widget link is designed to open the single team member page, so both functions are different and cannot be directly linked.
