Hi, I love the look of this theme – I am not using it for property rentals, and instead for booking service providers for events. Is it possible to:

1) Make the date selection of the listings a single date? (a departure date is not necessary)

2) For Many providers the pricing is all bespoke, so users would need to “request quote/pricing” on the listings page. Is this possible.

Hi there, on the host dashboard profile. When adding/changing a phone number it does not save when you save profile in user profile dashboard. Are you aware of this and do you have a fix for this?

I’d like the theme to calculate rent on a weekly or monthly basis for long-term rentals, with payment options set to weekly or monthly intervals, depending on the property owner’s preference.

For example, if someone books an apartment for 6 months with monthly payments, I want the price to be shown on a monthly basis (instead of daily), and the tenant would only pay for the first month upfront. The remaining payments would then be billed monthly for the duration of the 6-month booking. Currently, payment must be made upfront, which makes long-term rentals difficult.

Could you provide guidance on how to achieve this? Or let me know if there’s any way to develop this feature?

Hi, I also use Smoobu, and I’m really interested in the Homey theme. From what I’ve read, it seems that the theme supports iCal calendar integration with Smoobu (https://www.smoobu.com/en/), which is great. However, I’m also interested in synchronizing price calendars between Smoobu and the Homey theme. I understand this feature could potentially be developed through an API, as I know Smoobu already syncs with platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.

I’m aware that this feature doesn’t currently exist in the Homey theme, so I was wondering if you could provide an estimate for how much it would cost to develop this integration?
