It seems the CharetyZozoPath class file is missing or not loaded. Could you please check or provide an updated version of the theme that fixes this?

I purchased a theme from you about a year ago. At the time, I installed it on a subdomain. Unfortunately, that subdomain was hacked and later deleted, so it is no longer accessible.

Since then, I haven’t been able to use the theme at all, and now I would like to install it on my main domain instead. However, I’m facing issues activating or using it, and I feel like I purchased it in vain.

I also noticed that my support period has already expired, but I kindly ask for your help to resolve this situation without requiring me to repurchase support, since I was never able to properly use the theme I paid for.

I already submitted a ticket last Monday, and today I received a reply but without any real solution. This is urgent for me, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a way to use the theme I bought from you.

Hello, unfortunately my support has expired, but I would like to know if you can help me or update your theme. It is impossible to put ’’target blank’’ on your buttons in your features boxes. We can do this with clickable titles, but not buttons and this is causing me problems. I don’t know how to force links (buttons) to open in a new window with CSS, it doesn’t seem to be possible.
