There’s another issue on latest release on Chrome-based web browsers including Google Chrome, Edge and more. It’s even reproduced on your demos. Example: https://ohio.clbthemes.com/demo10/ on this you can see a white padding to the very right side edge. Sample: https://i.imgur.com/Nwlamdc.png
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Did you test it in Incognito Window? Since we can’t reproduce the mentioned issue:

No sir, I’m on latest Chrome and Edge in normal browsing… https://i.imgur.com/WUealmw.png
I’ve reverted back to 3.4.9 and I confirm there’s no such issue on 3.4.9. So I guess it’s started with 3.5.0. Possibly due to these commented JS codes (that renders them non-executable): https://i.imgur.com/o7ivD8P.png because this is happens to VC Rows (WPBakery Page Builder rows).
That JS function isn’t required anymore, because now we added CSS code snippet to stretch rows. So that full-width rows now should be stretched instantly on page load without the annoying jumping effect that used to be before with the JS function.
We’ve tested Demo 10 made with WPBakery and couldn’t reproduce the issue as well.
Would you mind updating your WP environment to the latest version and sharing a temporary credentials with us? We will promptly check the issue directly on your site.
I’m currently fine as I’ve downgraded for now. However, here’s a direct comparison between one of your demos (Not just demo10, all demos are affected, running version 3.5.1 supposedly) AND my website (running version 3.4.9). First developer console is one of your demos, and the next one is my site’s: https://i.imgur.com/6UhPtTQ.png
The CSS code shown in the console panel is required to stretch sections before the JS function fires. Do you still have an issue after the latest update? Try to check your site in an Incognito Window.

Ohio 3.5.1 is having the issue as well. Has there been a more recent release?
Oh got Ohio 3.5.2. But yes, issue still persists because some CSS rules I shown before are overriding the JS assigned rules. Ohio demos are still affected as well. This is also reproduced on 7 of my colleagues PCs with Chromium browsers on our office.
Could you share your OS? We still can’t reproduce the issue. Everything looks correct on our test devices.
I’m personally currently on Windows 11. More info about the build is available on https://i.imgur.com/lU6yNu2.png However, the tested 7 devices are on various Windows 11 builds.
Thanks for the details, seems like the problem persists on Windows only. Could you check if 10 Demo now looks correct in the Incognito Window?

I see the demos are great and all, but I like your sales page the most, does this also come as a templated demo we can use? https://ohio.clbthemes.com/
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, you can import the home page as a demo template. But it’s available for Elementor Page Builder only.

After the last update, the product page in Google Chrome looks bad – everything is misaligned and seems randomly placed. What’s going on? There are issues after every update!! It looks better in Firefox, but there are still errors. The reviews are now left-aligned when everything was centered before! Look at the screenshot. Why do users have to find bugs after almost every update? We should be receiving a bug-free website.
https://ibb.co/N5ZPQmT https://ibb.co/bj4Bn2nY https://ibb.co/gZLbS6kHand the headings H2, H3, H4…not working as well in a single post…
Hi,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience you have.
From your WordPress dashboard navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS & JS and use the code below:
/*Product grid alignement*/
.woo-products .product-item.-center .woo-price {
justify-items: center;
}
@media screen and (min-width: 1181px) {
/*Single product description*/
.single-product-tabs .tabs .tabs-content .elementor-section.elementor-section-boxed .elementor-container {
max-width: var(--clb-container-width);
}
/*Filter bar pslide-in*/
.with-sticky-footer .site-content:has(.slide-in-panel.visible) {
position: static;
}
.with-sticky-footer .site-content:has(.slide-in-panel.visible) + .site-footer {
z-index: -1;
}
}
That CSS should fix almost all the mentioned issues.
As for the headings H2, H3, H4, please share more details, because we don’t see any issues with them.
Sincerely,

This CSS helped only with the filters, which are now displaying correctly. Unfortunately, the product page in the description area and the content edited in Elementor is still incorrect. The background is still gray, and individual sections are aligned to the left. I checked this, and the section is misaligned when the “Stretch Section” option is enabled in Elementor. It was correct before. The code you mentioned was not created by me, and I did not add it.
In a single blog post, it doesn’t matter whether I use H1, H2, H3, or H4—the heading always displays at the same size.
Update: The sections where “Stretch Section” is enabled and the section has more than one column are misaligned.
/*Product grid alignement*/
.woo-products .product-item.-center .woo-price {
justify-items: center;
}
@media screen and (min-width: 1181px) {
/*Single product description*/
.woocommerce .single-product-tabs .tabs .tabs-content .elementor-section.elementor-section-boxed .elementor-container {
max-width: var(--clb-container-width);
}
/*Filter bar pslide-in*/
.with-sticky-footer .site-content:has(.slide-in-panel.visible) {
position: static;
}
.with-sticky-footer .site-content:has(.slide-in-panel.visible) + .site-footer {
z-index: -1;
}
}
.single-product-tabs {
background-color: transparent;
}
.card-details {
overflow: hidden;
}
As for the blog post titles, I can fix that by accessing your WP dashboard only or you can wait till the next update (approx. tomorrow).
Hi! After the last update, the filter panel is not on top in Google Chrome, which looks like this, and a scroll bar appears on the product page… It shouldn’t look like that. Take a look at the screenshots below. The website is uroslo.pl.
https://ibb.co/6cW3scRr https://ibb.co/N2P6gmW6Hi,
We sent a filter panel slide-in hotfix in our previous message. Unfortunately, we didn’t test it with the sticky footer that’s why the issue occurs on your site.
As for the appearing scroll bars, we’ve checked and they are caused by the following CSS code added on your site:https://tppr.me/dMkeGS
Note, that code is not a part of our theme, so you can just remove it and the scroll shouldn’t be visible anymore.

I bought this theme that I really liked, I see many comments about update issues, etc…, what do I do, install it on my site? Am I sure?
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
You are right there were a few minor issues after the major 3.5.0 release. We already fixed them and the new 3.5.1 version is already available.
However, we strongly recommend that you follow these few steps procedure before you update Ohio theme, plugins or even WordPress itself.

Dear Support Team,
After the latest update, I encountered a serious issue on my website. All portfolio pages are no longer displaying correctly on mobile screens. There is a huge white space on the first screen. Here are some examples: https://rebornmodels.com/models/mainboard/. How can this be fixed?
Additionally, updating to the latest version of Elementor causes the site to crash with a critical error. Please advise on how to resolve these issues.
Looking forward to your assistance.
Best regards, Ro

Hello,
I recently created a staging environment for all our websites and updated the theme and plugins. Taking a look side-by-side of the staging websites (updated) and the previous version (before the theme update), there seems to be many bugs.
Important ones:
- Hover effect shows the bars are displaced on blog posts (blog post is way higher than the sidebar) – https://diogomarques.pt/blog/ & https://staging.diogomarques.pt/blog/
- Sizing of homepage is different as well – https://staging.diogomarques.pt/ & https://diogomarques.pt/
- Sticky header height is different (any page)
- Some images have a weird padding or spacing to the right, but I cannot identify why (image at the bottom): https://staging.diogomarques.pt/fotografo-de-arquitetura/ & https://diogomarques.pt/fotografo-de-arquitetura/
Less important ones:
- There are multiple fonts, all over different pages and areas that simply change size and weight. Goes from “bold” to “normal”, line-height changes, etc.
- There are multiple spacings that change the entire composition of the pages.
Thank you for taking a look at this.Have a great day!
Hi,

Hello! I waited for the last updates and it fixed mostly everything, except one page: https://staging.diogomarques.pt/
On this page, I use the Portfolio template (wordpress only, no elementor) and the padding on the sides and menu are different than other pages (ex: https://staging.diogomarques.pt/projeto/casa-fdp/)
If I enable wrap container the menu looks good but the portfolio are has sidebars (due to the wrap container). If I disable it the portfolio slider looks good but there is padding on the sides (both on menu and on portfolio). Can you help? THank you!

Hi, so it seems the problem only shows when signed in via WP-Admin. It might have something to do with the Wordpress admin bar above it. Anyhow, its not really an issue as you’re right, it shows correctly to the public.

Hi, you indicated that WPBakery is “free” but I have an error message telling me otherwise. : “WPBakery License Error: WPBakery Page Builder license not found or invalid. You can manage your licenses at support.wpbakery.com or purchase a new license at wpbakery.com.”
And as my “support for this item has expired”, I can’t open a ticket. it’s a problem.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unless you have purchased the plugin separately, we will provide the latest version of the bundled plugin as soon as it’s been tested with our theme. Try to remove and install the plugin from scratch in the Appearance > Install Plugins menu. You should get the latest 8.2 version directly from our server.
Here’s a fully bundled plugins guide:

I notice that your theme includes several custom Elementor widgets. While working with these widgets, I’m unable to find the dynamic data options that would allow me to connect ACF fields to the widget fields. Specifically, I’m looking for the dynamic data icon (database symbol) that normally appears in standard Elementor widgets to link ACF fields. Is this functionality available in your custom widgets? If so, could you guide me on how to access it?

Hello!
I purchased the Ohio theme some time ago, but my license has now expired. I recently updated the Ohio Extra plugin as suggested to resolve conflicts with Elementor, but this caused major issues: CSS styles changed completely, and some theme customization options (e.g., button styles) stopped working properly. Updating Elementor’s CSS and library didn’t fix the issue.
I understand my license has expired, but I hope you can still provide some guidance on resolving this conflict.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Guys a pre-sell question.
Please asap response. it means a lot if you response those fast
1- All demos ahs sticky contact, is that supposed to take a modal or pupup contact form? It may not work on your demo but in the import, it works correctly.
I am looking to having in this client the sticky on any side for the contact icon where they click and it shows a modal full-screen contact form. is that possible and easy to configure on your site?
2- As well the reading time on blogs or showcases is where? its on your features in the Themeforest details buy not in the demos that I have seen. can you send me the link to the demo that has both?
3- Is this fully compatible with Elementor Pro?
4- Yoast Seo is fully compatible?
5- Ticket time response?
6- Is configuration a one-time import seamless config?
7- What if we want pages to look different with different section pages section from one page and from another page..?
8- Have premade sections or blog sections ready?
9- Any video you can share for installation for Elementor to avoid any hassle?
10- Also no Gutenberg buy a normal editor no Gutenberg … is that ok with this theme? or have to use Gutenberg?
11- Feature “Estimate reading” – is a must to have- what demo has it to check does it comes with the demo so no external plugin to install?
12- Feature “post sharing” – is a must to have- what demo has it to check does it comes with the demo so no external plugin to install?
13- Feature “modal contact” for the “let’s talk” button or contact (not working on demos) – is a must to have- what demo has it to check or let’s talk (not working on demos) does it comes with the demo so no external plugin to install?
14- Feature “scroll to top”- is a must to have- does it comes with the demo so no external plugin to install?
Thanks

Could you please help me get the Portfolio: Slider: Asymmetric setup on a page or a portfolio option. I absolutely LOVE this theme, your team really put a lot of amazing design aspects in it! 5 stars!
