hola, como estan? esta excelente el tema, muy bien hecho. Por favor pueden ayudarme en algo; tengo problemas con los enlaces permanentes, específicamente con el de edit-listing, que los he editado en la seccion de paginas, despues en configuracion de URLs en opciones del tema y en enlaces permanentes de WP y me sigue apareciendo página de error 404 cuando le doy enviar y ver listado en cualquiera de los 3 planes de pago que hice. Es decir cuando edito el enlace (edit-listing) y lo cambio a español (editar-listado) y viceversa cualquiera de los 3 planes comienza a fallar, sea el gratis, el plan 2 o 3. Siempre me aparece el error 404 cuando le doy enviar y ver listado, pero para tener en cuenta si le doy refrescar pagina ahi en error de página 404 ya aparece normalmente, pero es poco profesional se aparece ese error así el listado ya quede bien después de refrescar pagina. Espero hacerme entender. Como puedo solucionarlo? Muchas gracias, que tengas ustedes un excelente dia!
El error de página 404 también aparece si desactivo el envío pagado, cuando lleno el formulario de envío y le doy enviar y ver listado!

The issue you’re experiencing is usually caused by unsaved permalinks. Please follow these steps to resolve it:
Go to Admin Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks Click Save Changes (without making any modifications). Additionally, Plan 2 and 3 may appear incorrectly if there are duplicate pages. To fix this:

Tengo otro problema y como me pueden ayudar, la imagen del banner de la página de inicio es un problema constante cuando se cambia, en ocasiones tarda hasta días en cargar y que sea visible y otras veces no carga incluso haciendo diferentes maromas para que aparezca. Por ejemplo hace 3 días la cambien y elimine las anteriores y aun así al día de hoy no se ve. El plugin litespeed cache lo activo y los desactivo y aun sigue sin funcionar. Agradezco que me den una solución para poder cambiar la imagen del banner de inicio cuantas veces quiera. gracias por su atencion!

If I shift one language to another on FluxStore App, does your theme also show the content made in the language?

We do provide an option to translate your site into the required language using Loco Translate, and the default switcher can help switch the content. However, this is a basic solution. You can achieve this functionality using our theme.

I’m encountering an issue with the search functionality in the ListingPro theme. When performing a search from the homepage, the generated URL omits critical parameters like select, lp_s_loc, lp_s_tag, lp_s_cat, and post_type, even though these fields are part of the search form.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the homepage search form (e.g., search for “home”).
2. Observe the resulting URL: https://classic.listingprowp.com/?s=home
Expected Behavior: The URL should retain all parameters from the search form, e.g.: https://classic.listingprowp.com/?select=auto+hub&lp_s_loc=&lp_s_tag=&lp_s_cat=&s=home&post_type=listingIssue Identified:
1. The search form likely uses POST instead of GET, or hidden input fields for parameters like lp_s_loc, lp_s_tag, etc., are missing.
2. JavaScript/AJAX handling might be overriding default form submission behavior.
Temporary Fix: Adding hidden inputs to the form and ensuring method=”GET” resolves the issue, but this requires editing theme templates.
Request: Could you address this in a future update to ensure all parameters are included in the search URL by default? This is critical for SEO, filtering, and user experience.

We are using WordPress default URLs / Permalinks Structure in our theme. None of the WordPress theme can have such URLs changing functionality in it.As per my knowledge there can have the taxonomy name in the Custom Post URL but not as the structure you are asking for. In my suggestion this may be achieved with third party plugins you can try different available plugins but we are not sure about any specific plugin. The other way can be using HTAClCESS file at your WordPress you can rewrite your URL names over there. The URLs way you are asking for is absolutely not possible. URLs are being managed with WordPress default system. WordPress handles the URLs by its own permalinks structure. Like you can see those in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks >Any third party plugin may override the WordPress settings. HTACCESS File URLs can be written.

Which Maps Scraper should I use to use WP All Import?
I extracted using webautomation.io, but the extracted cell field contents seem to be lacking compared to the sample download.csv field provided by Listingpro.
Hello. Your great theme in in use on a my customer web site for three years. After the last update something happens in media upload. A permissions error appears when I try to upload a PDF file “you do not have permissions to upload this type of file”. Files such as jpg, doc, zipper, are uploaded without problems. Strange issue!

Please note that our system does not provide an option to upload PDF files. However, you can upload images in any format, as well as plugin or theme files in ZIP format. Additionally, CSV files can be uploaded for specific tasks, but there is no designated place for PDF uploads.

Yes, you can create category-based plans, and within each plan, you can enable or disable specific features. For example, if you have three plans—Free, Basic, and Premium—you can offer fewer features in the Free plan, more in the Basic plan, and all features in the Premium plan.
Similarly, if you create plans based on categories, you’ll have the option to select features accordingly.

Hi can you please add some features like the classified theme you have like the message chat box in listing view instead of the buyer putting email name etc just a chat box.
Also edit the design of the listing cards and add logic fields with option to add description etc.

ListingPro includes a built-in chat system, where users need to enter their phone number, email, and message before sending. If you require a chat system without these fields, it would require custom development, as this feature was implemented based on high client demand.
Regarding OSM (OpenStreetMap), yes, you can use it without adding a Google API key. Simply keep the default sample key, and OSM will function properly.

Hi again just done some tests on the location will not allow to enter Google address but in manual coordinates yes but can you add in that option osm location search on the field to autocomplete address like other themes other or in drop pin show the osm with the search init it will auto select address with Latitude & Longitude.
This works on my listing theme, classima, listivo etc works fine for address field thanks again

Please note that OSM doesn’t work like feature of auto complete, You can achieve that by using google by adding the google API.
2ndly please note that location and address are two different things in our theme, On the submit listing page there is City field that is location, and address for to add the address.
When you will select OSM then you have to make sure to enable an option from theme options> listings> locations> select location mode (Location by the admin), then on the submission page upon clicking on city field you will have the dropdown of all locations which are added on the admin side.
And for address you have to add the manual coordinates beside of search by google or drop pin, because these two options works only when you will have an active API key.

To add a listing, users must first sign up. Currently, you have enabled the option that allows only logged-in users to add listings. To change this setting, please follow these steps:
Go to Admin Dashboard > Theme Options > Listings > General. Locate “Add listing only by logged-in users” and disable this option. Once disabled, the “Add Listing” button will be visible in the header, allowing users to access pricing plans and the submission page without logging in.
Free Listing Submission:
If you want users to add listings for free without selecting a pricing plan, follow these steps:
Go to Theme Options > Payment. Disable the Paid Submission option.
Now, when users click “Add Listing,” they will be redirected directly to the submission page.
Important Note:
If users are redirected to the submission page without logging in, they will be required to provide an email address after filling out the form. This process is called Instant Signup, which automatically creates an account for them.

The search feature primarily focuses on listings within the directory.
By default, it does not include normal WordPress posts or pages in search results. However, customization can be done if you want to extend search functionality to include regular posts and pages.
Creating a Map for Malaysia EV Kiosks & ATMs
Yes! You can create a Malaysia Electric Vehicle Kiosk Station Map and Malaysia ATM Machine Map using ListingPro.
Each kiosk or ATM address can be added as a listing or in a listing, and they will be displayed on the map with relevant details.
