Hi, You didn’t mention anywhere that the theme requires Redux Framework Plugin for full functionality. Also we need to install ThemeSky plugin additionally for some features, I’ve noticed that the theme made my website extremely slow.
Theme updates are very delayed. There’s no option to sort products in Mobile Phone.

Please downgrade the WooCommerce to 9.6.1 and don’t update the WooCommerce 9.7.x until we check and update the Merto theme latest version
Now, the Merto theme version is 1.0.9 and it only compatible with WooCommerce 9.6.1

1) If you want to edit the Mega Menu, you go to Mega Menu > select and edit the available mega menu ( or your mega menu ) in Edit with Elementor ( see the screenshot at the link https://prnt.sc/gxxpT6RF-Q3m and https://prnt.sc/UHXuTWJQzoTJ ). Then you can modify it based on your requirements
