This is one of the best themes for WordPress, but I wish the developers would make a fix: Foxiz theme has 9 H5 headings before the H1 heading. I could only see this with the Chrome extension, All in One SEO Analyzer. I know this will be fixed, because the creators of Fixiz are excellent professionals.

I just found out what adds multiple H5 headers above the H1. It’s the “Notifications” icon when enabled in the Header. Even when there are no notifications it displays H5 (Empty). So I disabled Notifications in Theme Options > Header > Notifications and the H5s are gone for now!
I don’t know if this is bad for SEO, but I prefer to disable it because the first header of a page should be H1 and not H5.

Actually, this part uses an AJAX request and is rendered by JavaScript using local storage data (on the visitor’s browser), so it may not affect SEO. However, to ensure better compatibility, we will check and improve this part by using a tag in the next update.

I purchased this theme in 2022 abandoned the project after a month. I now want to start over with a different hosting provider. I no longer have a hosting account with Godaddy and cannot access the production site (ftpupload) that is linked to my license (not for at least 1.5 years) - and I am unable to deactivate it. Must I purchase extended suppport - I’m not so sure this is the theme I want, but wanted to demo it to a client.

If you want to use our theme to manage a blog/news for a company website, you can set up another WordPress installation in a subfolder (e.g., /blog) or on a subdomain. This will allow you to create a news website with the Foxiz theme while using WPAstra for your other sites.

Hello, Once again I recommend to anyone reading this post to buy Foxiz an excellent design and incredible support. I take this opportunity to say to the support and designers once again DO NOT LOSE THE ROW most of us chose them for being a News / Editorial template not E-commers, for that there are many options. Also ask them as always the possibility of adding the surveys / queries. Ask that what you have already added, polish it, improve it, for example the live blog, improve the design. Or be able to put “BREAKING NEWS” or “EXCLUSIVE” in front of the titles or make titles in 2 colors. Sometimes improving what has already been created is better than adding a lot and with errors… although everything works perfectly, I’m talking about details.
Looking forward to the new update, Thanks to all the support because they do an excellent job. I am one of the first to buy Foxiz and I am NOT REGRETTED.

Regarding the WooCommerce payment gateway for Paywall, since Simple Membership is a third-party plugin and does not belong to us, this feature is available in their Pro version and may require a fee if you wish to integrate these gateways. If not, you can use PayPal and Stripe, which are provided in the standard version of this plugin.

I really appreciate the versatility of the Foxiz theme—it’s one of the best with so many great layouts! However, I was wondering if it would be possible to introduce more design options specifically tailored for personal bloggers.
Currently, the Inkwell layout is a great option, but it only has one design and feels a bit old-school. Would it be possible to add more modern layouts in a future update? Something along the lines of RyRob or a more contemporary personal blogging style would be fantastic.

The issue is that I have never used Instagram widgets, so I’m not sure how to remove this error message. I checked your documentation page, but the video there isn’t working. Since I don’t use Instagram at all, I have no idea how to resolve this.

I wanted to ask about a change in the future or if it could be done easily. When making a post without a sidebar and adding a photo with left or right alignment, is it possible for it to separate a little more from the margin of the text? Anyway, I’ll try to find out some other way because I can’t create a ticket. I just wanted to know if it was possible to move the left or right aligned photos, so that they are not at the same vertical level as the text.

Hello, it’s been more than a year since many users have asked Foxiz to have its own membership plugin, Foxiz worth it, and not have to use Simple Membership since it is very limited in its free plan, expensive in its addons and many times it doesn’t work correctly. The same promises with the viral content plugin with polls, quizzes… and it’s a shame.
Given that the responses to users during all this time are promises to work on it, I don’t know if it would be possible to make a list of requests from buyers and future buyers? Would it be possible or would it not be very useful? Some themes have lists of requests that, with the votes of the users, the programmers agree to develop and set work deadlines. This offers security to the client and reliability to the theme.
Settling for the promises and seeing that they never arrive is frustrating. Surely the developers do a great job, but perhaps it is not up to the expectations of the users.

We are interested in your theme; we like it a lot and believe it is one of the best templates on the market. Among all its features, we are especially interested in the membership functions. However, we have read that several users have experienced issues with the Simple Membership plugin, as it does not work properly and has problems with membership functions, paywalls, and restricted content. Additionally, it seems that this functionality, according to your users, has been somewhat neglected.
Do these issues still persist?
On another note, which antispam plugin is compatible with the template? We have worked with Paid Memberships Pro, which integrates with Akismet (requires an annual payment), but we are unsure if it supports another antispam plugin. We have also asked this question to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

You’re not answering and are avoiding the topic. Don’t evade it.
Users are probably right in saying that this plugin does not resolve the issues your template causes, which discourages new customers.
Then come the dissatisfaction issues with the templates—this, in particular, makes us not want to buy it because you’re not providing a solution to the membership-related problems your template is causing.
Now, if you don’t want to answer, fine, but giving a generic response just to close the case… unbelievable.
