I can’t activate the theme. It keeps saying ‘Invalid theme name’. Sent you an e-mail weeks ago. But I guess it went directly to the junk. T.T Please help!

This theme will not activate! INVALID THEME NAME 403 I have submitted a support ticket.. what the heck? Never had a theme do this and now searching these comments its a common issue.. Can you refund please???

I am blocked to put my license because it doesn’t work. I emailed peacefulthemes@gmail.com (recommended on your theme for support). I am then told to send my request to the address support.peacefulqode.com which is a non-existent address.

You have not resolved the issue after you claim it has been resolved but you did not even care to go an look at the domain if it is actually correct. Worst theme support I have ever had and would not recommend this theme to anyone. Bad service!!!!!! Bad theme!!!!! Support thinks he is doing you a very big favour to fix his shitty theme. They respond once every 24 hours to your concerns. Would not recommend this product/theme to anyone. And for reference you can view their shit work on my domain www.rocketseo.co.za This is the work of a “senior wordpress dev” that cannot even install their own theme correctly or to be mobile optimized. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
