I understand that my support license may have expired, but I am experiencing an image-related bug on all my websites using the WoodMart theme. This suggests that the issue might be caused by the theme itself.

Hi, I know my support period has ended, but I wanted to bring up two important issues that I think should be addressed or at least considered for future updates.
Brand Link Issue: When clicking on a brand in the brand carousel, the link doesn’t take the user to the main brand page. Instead, it redirects based on product_attributes, which isn’t ideal. The expected behavior would be for it to go directly to the brand’s main page, like this: www.domain.se/brand/selected-brand.
Product Selection Issue in Layout Settings: When choosing which products should appear on the store page, the selection is based on the brand. However, there’s no option to specify which brands to include. I’ve attached an image to clarify what I mean.
I’d really appreciate your thoughts on these issues and whether there’s any fix or workaround.

Hello, Sorry, it was my fult, the css was in style.css in chield theme, now the last version of theme have problem with last elemntor, I disabeld all plugins and switch to orginal theme and enabled woodmart core all things fine, but with elemntor the front site wont runing

There is no exact fixed size for images on mobile devices. It depends on your design. To better understand the issue we need you to send us screenshots or links of how it looks with Elementor, comparing to Gutenberg so we can help you.

I bought new license yesterday (this is my third licesne). I try to register on 8theme.com for support. I wrote the original purchase code and always get “Wrong validation code” message. So, this is my first problem. The second: When I try to install than I always get this message: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” – I contact them and they set it up but I get this message again.

I’m Trying to update the license information for mysite. Because support has expire I can’t do a ticket. I’m not looking for any website suppor, just want the license to be updated to the correct site. it’s suppose to be https:// Instead of Http. This is a product purchase support, because on your site you have to put the license and webiste. Nothing has change just the https. I shouldn’t have to renew support unless it’s related to the templates it’s self.
