Hi, i’ve created 3 support tickets since friday and it seems like they all don’t get recognized or deleted or something like that… It’s ticket numbers 89772, 89773 and 89799. Can you clarify if there is some error in your ticket system or what the problem is ? I’ve bought a license and have 4 months left of support. Last week tickets were working fine..

Yes i’ve got the confirmation emails, but when i click on the link to see the status of the ticket i get “You are not allowed to access this page!”. The 89799 ticket is exactly what you want me to do. i created this ticket to tell you that the two tickets before are gone/not visible. But this ticket also is not visible and has the same problems like the two tickets before… So should i create another ticket or do you have any other solution for me in this case ?

The featured images in the Portfolio and Recent News sections on the homepage appear distorted and misaligned.
I have requested assistance for over nine days with no response. Additionally, I requested a refund seven days ago, but I haven’t received any reply.

I’m getting an error message that Woocommerce templates are outdated for this theme: construction/woocommerce/cart/cart.php. Will you be addressing this issue in a future update? I see that you are no longer offering support for this item for some reason, does that mean that you are no longer going to keep the theme updated in regards to Woocommerce templates, security, etc?

Hi, is Construction theme version 23 compatible with WP Bakery 6.9.0? My clients site is running WP Bakery 6.8.0 and I see there is an update. There wasn’t a new WP Bakery version released via Appearance-Install Plugins with version 23 of the theme. Just wanted to check compatibility before upgrading via the plugin list.
