Good day. Check here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages -> select the “Classifieds” page in the field “Classifieds page”.
Also, check this page “Classifieds” has a DateBook template here: WordPress -> Page -> click on “Quick edit” under the Classifieds page and check if “DateBook template” is selected.
Also, check what page was selected here: WordPress -> Settings -> Reading -> Posts page.
Regarding the counter. Sorry, but blog page does not have any counter. I checked your blog page. I do not see where a counter is located.

I can guess, you are using some third-party plugins. Right? Try to deactivate them all and check the issue again. Something breaks functionality of the theme.

Hi. Perhaps, a javascript file was not loaded correctly or at all. The moderation panel (and all buttons) do work on jQuery and JavaScript files.
Perhaps, you use some caching plugin that incorrectly minifying js code. Try to deactivate it.

Hi I set up my subscription plans and activated top and featured section and also made the plan free for women. Now it’s not working the top and featured status and keeps giving disabled options in the profiles even though I set it up correctly. Is there a setting or something somewhere else that could affect this.

Hi. As I understand, you (administrator) are activating the subscription plan on a profile page manually. In this case, Top and Featured buttons on a subscription page of profile account will be disabled. But as administrator, you can activate Top and Featured statuses on a profile page here -> see screenshot https://ibb.co/vY7fXWH
If a user activates a subscription plan, then all buttons Top and Featured will be active and working properly.

Enable these options: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> SEO -> Enable shortcodes in meta tags (check all options that includes the word Rank).
Enable this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> SEO -> Enable meta title on these pages

Hello, please I have some issues which like talk about and ask some questions, I noticed that when a user register on my website the email link will sent to that person, but for him/her to open the link that’s where the error of too many redirect will come up please what is the solution, I have try to deactivate the plugins one after the other the error still persists until I deactivate datebook plugin, that’s when the website load. 2. What are the different between child theme and parent theme because I don’t install child theme before, but when I try to update the theme I only update with child theme and my registration and login page didn’t open again until I get back to previous version. 3. It’s possible for me to install the old version of child theme for me to be able to update new version. Thanks.
Hi. Regarding redirect. I have no idea what could go wrong on your site. Sorry. Try to delete the .htaccess file that is located in the root of your site.
After that, re-save permalinks here: WordPress -> Settings -> Permalinks.
Regarding child theme. You can add your own codes in the child theme (in these files “function.php” and “style.css”). In this folder: wp-content/themes/datebook-child.
Thus, you will not occasionally break functionality of the parent theme.
No, installing only the child theme will not update the theme at all. You should update the parent theme.

Hi. It looks like you wrongly selected pages here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages. Do the following:
1) Go here and delete all duplicate pages: WordPress -> Pages
2) Go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages -> select pages in all relative fields. For example: select the “Profile – Edit” page in the field “Profile: Edit Profile page” and so on.
3) Deselect this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages -> Replace Homepage for logged in users.
4) Email do not send, because your server does not allow to send emails on simple way. Only SMTP is allowed. Solution: install the WP Mail SMTP plugin. It always helps.

We are using the latest version of your theme (4.8.6). We have set up our site on localhost using XAMPP. We have added the purchase code and activated the theme. We are using the Elementor page builder and adding shortcodes for the functionalities.
Here is a list of issues we are facing:
1) We are experiencing issues with images. Profile images are not showing up on any of the pages. We checked the Uploads folder, and it shows empty folders with random names. We did not find any images in it. We are using Elementor page builder and adding shortcodes. Please let us know how we can fix this. (Please note that we have completed the “theme installer” process and the demo data import process without any errors.)
2) The registration page is showing the message: “We are so sorry, but at the moment the registration for new members is closed.” However, registration is enabled both in the theme options and in the WordPress settings. Please help us resolve this issue.
3) We are unable to save the theme options with the latest version of the theme (4.8.6). When we try to save the theme options, it keeps loading, and the console shows a 500 internal server error.
4) Some of the shortcodes are not working on the pages. For example, the shortcode [datebook_top_profiles] does not display anything when added to a page.
Are these issues caused by the theme options not saving?
Please note , we are using Elementor page builder and using Elementor Full width template to create the pages .
First, you would better install the DateBook theme following this guide: https://www.pagickthemes.com/how-to-install-or-update-datebook/
After that, you can proceed with page builders.
1) Profile images are not included in the theme. Photo on our demo sites are for demonstration purpose only. We took them from free sources like Freepik.
2) Enable this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Login and Register -> Enable Registration
3) Error 500 does not tell what exactly went wrong. It is not clear why error 500 appears. Try to deactivate all plugins and try to save the theme settings again.
4) Shortcodes does not display Top profiles. Perhaps, there are no top profiles yet.
Yes, if the theme settings were not saved, then nothing will work.

The top profiles currently has it, the top users once you refresh a page, it randomly sorts them. I didn’t mean sorting users by compatibility on the searchpage, just randomly sorting them instead of sorting them by the date of registration, cos at the moment the latest registered users show up thereby making it impossible for the older registered users to be seen
Ok I see what you mean. I need some time to create a special algorithm for such sorting.

1) This “Add friend” button does not have settings. As a temporary solution, color can be changed by adding manually CSS styles. I will take this into consideration.
2) The moderation for users has already been realized on our side. In the next update it will be available.
3) This design is created with page builder. You can do it with your page builder too. But I may misunderstand you. The DateBook theme uses Bootstrap. If you would like to modify design and styles, then you should add changes to CSS styles manually. It is very difficult for us to add CSS customization. It is like to build a new page builder. May be one day, we will build our own page builder.
4) Mobile view is already realized in the theme. Also, we have added a functionality for mobile devices in the theme. But it is not fully implemented yet. So soon, we will start working on it.
