The theme is really sucks.. I am so much disppaointed by downloading it. As there were saying that these has full demo content.. no demo content at at all. no ready made home pages are visible, no premium elementor addons… I need to see the theme as is in the demo. so that i can modify it myself. I dont know what to do?

For correct theme installation and demo content import please make sure that your server meets the requirements (you can contact your hosting provider to check it):

Besides in your WordPress dashboard proceed to the Tools > Site Health tab and make sure that all the recommended WordPress modules are enabled on your server. There shouldn’t be any critical issues in the Site Health Status as well.
We also highly recommend to import the demo content to a clean website and disable all third party plugins before import.
If your server settings before import have not matched the recommended requirements, then after changing the server settings, you need to deactivate the license (in Aesthetica > License tab), reset the site (you can use the WP Reset plugin), activate the theme and import the demo content.

I’m interested in buying this theme, however I tried to install it via envato elements and it doesn’t work – it freezes while installing the plugins…is the theme in themeforest any different? tnx.

The issue you experienced was caused by the latest update of the Forminator plugin (1.38.1), and we have contacted the plugin author about the issue in the latest plugin version.
While waiting for the solution from the plugin author, our developers have changed the installation process to install the previous stable version of the Forminator plugin.
Is you are installing the theme for the first time, please make a clean WordPress installation and run the installation process again, it shouldn’t cause any errors now.
If you were already using the theme and updated the Forminator plugin, you’ll need to downgrade its version. Please download the older version from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/advanced/ Under “Advanced options > Previous versions” you should see the option to download older versions. Please download the 1.37.1 plugin version and unzip it, proceed on your FTP to the WordPress installation -> plugins folder, and replace the `forminator ` folder with the downloaded one, it should resolve the error you have.

The latest plugin cmsmasters elementor addons version 1.15.0 has severe bugs. it messed up several pages on my site. your support response is very pathetic. you guys didn’t understand the issue and just waste time without checking the issue in detail. you are replying in minimum 48 hours. It means that if a issue occurs because of your theme/plugin update and messed up the entire site then we have to wait 48 hours. Till that time we should suffer. I have to send multiple emails to explain you issue again and again. You should have included the plugin cmsmaster elemento addon as zip file with theme. So that in case of an issue we can restore the last working version. I am stuck. my ticket id is (#83696).

To import content from different demos you can install the theme on your local server, import the content from one demo and export needed pages or sections to your main website. Please note that before deleting the test site on the local server there is a need to deactivate the license so that the purchase code can be used for activation once again.

Great theme for Medical Spa, I was searching for years. I need at least 4 more different designs if you can build. Anyhow please guide me for following:
I want to upload this theme to my existing med spa website built with astra theme and elementor. But before that I want to install the aesthetics theme on a test site to check all the features and import/create existing pages on this theme. How can I do that. Because for theme installation and demo import I have to add purchase code and once its used and after complete website import I cannot use purchase code twice.
