i need help importing All Data with Attachments, when i try to import, the import process get stuck at 8%

You can try to import demo now and if necessary try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

when i try XML Import, i get the Request Timeout problem

You can also try to repeat XML import several times, just make sure to delete menus before repeating.

My client has purchased this theme and want to setup on shared hosting where SUHOSIN Module is not available so I contact with server support team they told me to contact with theme support for alternate plugin for SUHOSIN Module. Please guide me how to setup this required things and import demo content for my client.

The SUHOSIN Module is not required. The System Info section just displays if this module is installed or not as an information, but the theme can be used without SUHOSIN Module.

When I tried to import demo content multiple ajax requests failed due to this its content is not fetched properly so how to resolve this issue.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

Description:

Uncaught Error: Attempt to assign property “after” on array in /htdocs/wp-content/themes/fidalgo/inc/nav-menu/helper.php:61

Steps to Reproduce:

Load a page where fidalgo_add_mobile_nav_item_icon is applied to the navigation menu. Observe the error in the PHP logs or browser console.

Error Details:

File: helper.php:61

Error: Attempt to assign property “after” on array

Expected Behavior:

The $items should be processed without errors.

Suggested Fix: Validate $items type before assigning properties. If needed, convert the array to an object or adjust the code to work with arrays.

Environment:

WordPress Version: 6.7.1

PHP Version: 8.2.23

Theme: Fidalgo 1.1

Where can I get the Revolution Slider license code? Do you offer a Revolution Slider license with the purchase of your current template?

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When I try to import the demo, the pages are created, but without any content. I’ve already tried importing via XML and through the importer itself. Tried all the resources in the documentation and FAQ, but nothing worked. Could anyone help me? The support is not very efficient.

This usually occurs if the “Container” option is deactivated in Elementor > Settings > Features.

Your ticket should now be updated with response. Our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so if you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content from scratch. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately. Also, there is no demo version built with WPBakery.

Hi, I need information on the OpenTable module. In your “Book a table” demo page, after clicking on « Book now » redirection on Opentable.com This message appears > Unfortunately, this restaurant is not on the OpenTable reservation network.

What plan do we get if theme is purchased? Does the restaurant need to be registered on OpenTable to be able to book a reservation? Is it possible to block certain time slots?

In other words how does the module work?

Available options for Open Table Reservation Form are shown in the screenshot.

The information entered in the form will be forwarded to the OpenTable and the user has to complete a reservation at OpenTable, so the restaurant should be available on the platform. To use it you need to input your OpenTable ID to the reservation form element.

Unfortunately booking form cannot be edited through theme options. If you want to organize the booking form differently, then you will need to edit our theme files.

How can I disable the “background lines”. I’ve set option to NO in Fidalgo Core Options, but no change, there are still 2 lines selected. Whatever option I choose, no, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6… it has no effect, there are still 2 lines on the website. I look in my database in wp_options > fidalgo_core_options, my choice is well saved, but the website doesn’t care…

If some pages are still showing background lines, it could be that different “background lines” options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options.

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Elated) and then theme.
