I’m trying to change the colors of the V2 home cards, but I can’t find where I can do it.

At the moment, there isn’t a dynamic color option or setting available to change the background color of the V2 home cards individually. However, we understand how useful this feature can be, and we’re planning to include this option in a future update of the theme.

Hello,
I’m currently using the Pictech WP theme and I’m facing an issue with updating the site logo.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I uploaded the new logo via Pictech Options > Header Settings
I also changed the logo under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
I cleared all caches (browser, Elementor, and plugin caches)
I regenerated Elementor CSS files via Elementor > Tools
I confirmed that the new logo is saved and appears correctly in the backend
However, the old logo still appears on the frontend of the website, even after multiple refreshes and cache clearing.
It seems like the theme might be using a static logo embedded in the demo content or layout. Could you please advise how to:
Ensure that the new logo appears on the live site
Check if the header is using a template that needs to be edited manually
Disable or override the current logo if it’s being hardcoded somewhere

Hello, I’ve always multiple errors when i’m importing the demo Content. All the media files aren’t charged. I just all the pages with just a blank page for every page.
I found the way. Comes from Elementor. I don’t like the flexbox container active setting so i took it off. Was the issue. From using demo i need to active this performance settings in order to see the content !

When are you going to fix the theme? Everyone is having problems. Nothing works.

Hi support team, I’m having issues with the Pictech Toolkit plugin.
I’ve tried installing it from the required plugins notification and by uploading it from the zip file provided. In both cases the installation fails, this is the error message I’m getting:
“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”
Appreciate any help with this issue as I’m currently unable to use the theme on my site.

When I try to install the demo data, the page is just stuck on the “Importing Content” page. When I try to manual import the demo data, all the pages are blank.
