hello! a)i use the template for car rental. when i choose the car , enter the dates etc, and click at the “Booking” button it adds the car in the cart. i want to open the checkout page, exactly like the demo! b)and another isssue. i use global discounts for a period of days. how can i show the user how many discount he has earned? thanks!

hello, I updated the new version both theme and BRW plugin on my staging website (copy of my main website) and the problem still exists. Something that may help (on the product edit, if I try to select dates for price changing, the calendar works fine with the disabled days look disabled)

I contacted your support and after we found the bug they told me that they will make an update to resolve this. They also told me that they released the new uodate 7 of July. I cant find the update, the latest version there is here on theme forest is Version 1.2.8 – 09 June 2025. It has been almost a month I have this problem, they do not answer me anymore. What can I do there is a serious problem, people make bookings that we cannot fulfill.
We will have an update next week with some new demo for medical category.
Hello, I made the update and the disable days on the calendar still look available but when I hit search then it says no results found. Its ok that the user cannot book these days, thanks for that update. But its confusing because the user thinks that there is no availability on these days, not that he could just select the next day that is available for drop off. Once again, the disable days work and look fine in the single product page, the problem is in the calendars of the home page and search page.

We changed some parameters in file, so you have to copy code from plugin to child theme then update your customize again.
Can you explain a bit more? What specific code do I have to manually copy to childtheme? From what file? And will I have to do my customization in childtheme all over again?

I tried to create a tickets as you reccomend. But after filling out everything I was just reminded that my period of paied support is over, so I can not submit anything…..
I am fully aware that I am out of paied support (after paying for 2 periods). But this problem appearded only because of your updates and code changes…. Having a child-theme was suppose to make sure this wouldnt happen. But it did…

So to make it clear:
Problem is:
1 Booking Drop-off reminder emails are been sent when the options to send these emails is TURNED OFF (NOT ENABLED)
2 The booking drop-off reminder emails are not readable – they show a lot of obscure numbers on them (see images above) instead of dates
3. these emails only began arriving in the admin email account & also clients emails accounts AFTER the last two updates. Before these updates NO REMINDER EMAILS WERE BEEN SENT OR RECIEVED.

Please try the following solution: Go to Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Reminder >> Enable the “Reminder of Pick-up Date” option, then disable it again, and click the “Save Changes” button.

Reminder of Pick-up date & Reminder of Drop-off date
Also, the emails that are sent just display numbers (see image above)

I have updated to the latest release (version BRW 1.8.3 & Remons 1.2.3)
Since the update the CREATE NEW BOOKING page has changed and no longer works:
It now asks for country and when I try to select a bike the icon just spins.
My support has ran out but this is a problem with your latest release – the site was working fine until the update.
Your demo website also has the same fault – when you try to select a PRODUCT the icon just spins and never loads

Thank you for your reply, however the availability is not very clear. if i have 3 cars in inventory, and i get 3 different reservations until 30 June, 4 july, 8 july will someone who wants to rent the car on 1 July find the car available? or do we manually have to put the car back in inventory when it was returned?

The customer can book car on 1 July because a old customer return 30 June. The system will auto calcalate this, so you don’t need to update inventory.

2: You have to update manually if download from Envato Unlimited. Of course you can’t update if you don’t have any subcription.

Hi first of all your theme looks nice and i am interested i only have a question.
We rent cars on a daily rate i see you support that so that is good, when ever somebody goes beyond 24hrs it makes 2 days thats good but i want to know if it can be changed to a full day

At our store a renting day is always from 0900 in the morning untill 0900 next morning. So if somebody books and wants to return the car next day after 0900 this will charge as a extra day is it possible to set this up?
