I purchased the Stratify – Business Consulting WordPress Theme on ThemeForest.

I successfully installed the theme and imported the demo content using Appearance → Import Demo Data.

The pages and content were imported correctly, however the homepage slider is missing.

While checking the theme package, I noticed that the folder:

import-rev-sliders

is empty, so there are no Revolution Slider .zip files available to import manually.

Because of this, the demo slider for Home1 (and other demos) cannot be imported.

Could you please send the Revolution Slider demo files (.zip) or provide a download link so that I can import them manually in Slider Revolution?

Good evening, we just installed the theme demo with “one-click demo import,” and before proceeding with the import, the following message appeared: “after you import this demo, you will have to import the slider separately. You will find slider in import-sliders folder in your downloaded package”

How should we proceed? Where do I import the sliders from? We can’t find any downloaded packages. Thanks in advance.

I want my money back. The product is buggy as hell, will not load properly is poorly delivered, lacks more than one of the necessary plugins, plugins causes errors.

It might look nice, but the quality is extremely poor

Stratify is a disaster, at least this version. WooCommerce out of date, not compatible with Elementor Pro, Mascot Core not compatible.

All in All would NEVER buy if known. Support wants acces to your wp-admin to do live-debugging.

My Theme I just bought: Your theme (Stratify) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I’ve completed the setup of my website. Everything is great. However, I have a small question. I’m using Home Layout 4 by default, but the images and headings on the mobile homepage are very cluttered. Is it possible to use a separate homepage just for mobile?

I am experiencing some issues. There is nothing inside the folder import-rev-sliders, and also i cant install the Pro elements plugin it sends an error.

I’m experiencing an issue applying my own colour scheme and typography settings in the Stratify theme.

When I select one of the predefined colour schemes, everything updates correctly. However, when I try to use my own custom hex codes or fonts through Appearance → Customize or Theme Options → Theme Color Settings/Typography. the changes don’t take effect on the site. It seems that the predefined theme styles are overriding any manual settings or custom CSS I add. Here are my setup details: WordPress version: 6.8.3 Stratify theme version: V5.0

Could you please advise on the correct way to apply a fully custom colour palette and typography so that my settings override the default scheme?

Hello. I attempted to view your demo and my bitdefender firewall brought up a warning for your site. I expect it’s a false positive, but this rarely happens so I wanted to bring it to your attention in case others received it as well, to ensure you don’t look potential sales as a result. And the same thing just happened with your Avocate theme and law point theme demos as well. Not sure what script you’re using, but my firewall doesn’t trust it. The specific message I received follows:

Hello ThemeMascot, I have paid for and downloaded the Stratify Business consulting theme, followed the instructions to deploy it via cPanel on GoDaddy. I used this guidance: https://docs.kodesolution.com/stratify/ However, I am stuck on section 5 – Importing Revolution sliders. The zip file that you publish (the all files and documents option) does not seem to have anything inside the ‘import-rev-sliders’ folder. It is totally empty. Unfortunately, the latest updates provided by Elementor are causing some conflicts, and I need to roll back to a previous version. Is there a solution for that or any upcoming updates to the theme?
