I updated Elementor the latest version and I recieve a critical error on the site. When I disable the Airtech Addons plugin the site works again. I have been on support with Elementor and it appears the issue is with the Airtech Addons. How can I use the updated version of Elementor and still have the site active?

After Downloading the them, I tried to install the zip file on my wordpress account, it showed this message,
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.”
Then, I tried to install the zip file inside the main file, which is titled “Airtech.zip”, it was installed, I activated the theme, installed and activated the plugins required, then when I tried to customize the site, it showed an empty page with only the header and said “Nothing Found”!
Could you please help?

Just activate my license by my username. This should be automatic and happen instantly. I had to pay to use this template for another year.
This is not true, there is no such mechanism in the theme. There must be some other reason. I can look if you contact me with details.
Expired coming soon error might be for the reason of expired domain or hosting. ( they both need yearly payments in most cases. )
Hi, I tried updating the plugin by deleting the plugin and by installing it again but its showing error “An error occurred while installing 1 Bolvo Features: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. Also, created ticked by providing the purchase code. Can you please share the direct links for both plugins?

I am trying to update this theme I purchased in 2020. How exactly can I do that? it is asking for my purchase key but it will not accept it when I enter it.
You can just re download it from Themeforest, and upload as a fresh theme, it will replace the old version.(Please keep a backup).
Can the author please confirm if the theme it’s multilingual ( does it have Romanian language in it? or if not can it be added ? by plugin or you guys have something different ? Thank you

Yes, its multilingual. Romanian language is not included, but can easily be translated. Guide is included the documentation to translate.

I followed your instructions for the Bolvo plugin troubleshooting and when I deleted, plugin does not show up to reinstall.
“Latest version of Bolvo-features plugin is also required. You can delete the plugin and refetch it by going to appearance/install plugins to get the latest version.”
