Hello, I’m considering purchasing this theme but I need to clarify a few things first:
1- How complex is it to fully translate the site into other languages (e.g., Norwegian or Spanish)?
2- I’ve noticed some CSS issues on mobile (iPhone), elements appear misaligned or too small. This is easy to spot in your own demo: they look fine using the browser inspector on a PC, but on a real iPhone (standard screen size, not Plus) the property feature lists look quite bad. Are you aware of this issue, and will it be fixed?
I really like the design of the theme, and as a developer I can make changes myself, but I’d like to know how much work I should expect for a full translation and for fixing these mobile display issues.

To translate the theme into another language, you can use the included plugins such as Loco Translate or WPML. You may also use add-ons to assist with the process; however, add-ons will not be 100% accurate, so the best method is to translate it manually.
I’m not sure which device you are using, but we tested it on both iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it’s not as cramped as you described. Additionally, if it does feel too tight, you can switch from 2 columns to 1 column (this setting is already available in our configuration).

Hi, I recently purchased your theme, but I didn’t know it didn’t support translation into Spanish. After installing it, I consulted with some professionals, and they confirmed that the theme indeed does not support Spanish translation.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the video in the header is displaying with the YouTube profile picture and other video information, which should not happen in a clean embedded layout.
I would like to request a solution from your side, as I need to use the theme in Spanish and also fix the issue with the video display.

I did it but let’s continue showing the fields like example: property in english I already translate the theme and the plugins, so what other thing that I need to translate? other question I’m trying to import 400 properties so what is the best way to do it? I’m trying with wp-all-import but didn’t read a lot of custom fields

Hello there. I like your theme very much. I have been looking for such a nice theme for a long time, but I will not use this theme as real estate. 1. You can customize the labels as you wish.
2. The theme does not integrate with WooCommerce, so there is no cart or add-to-cart feature.
3. We do not have a real-time chat system, so users and agents cannot message each other directly.

I wanted to inform you that the video popup is not working properly on mobile devices. Currently, when users click on the video, it redirects them to the YouTube URL instead of opening the video in a popup, as it does on desktop where it works correctly.
Please have a look and let me know if any adjustments can be made to fix this behavior on mobile.

The child theme cannot override plugin code directly from the child theme; it can only be modified using hooks and filters. If you edit the plugin files directly, the changes won’t be lost as long as you don’t update the plugin or you disable the plugin’s update functionality entirely.

1. Yes, Proty allows buyers to contact the seller/admin but does not support buying and selling like regular WooCommerce functions.
2. We have a feature that allows the admin to set whether properties are automatically published or require review before being published.
3. If you don’t want to use the package feature, you can disable it.
4. Our theme is compatible with WP-Forms, allowing you to create custom inquiry forms based on your specific needs.
