Hello, I have a question about WooCommerce Subscriptions. I’m not using Dokan on my website. I only want to use WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. When I add a product from the Products section and select “Listing Package” in the Product Data section, is it possible to sell or integrate these product cards that appear when clicking the “Add Listing” button with WooCommerce Subscriptions?
In short, I want to offer a subscription purchase as a requirement for being able to list products.
I would appreciate it if you could provide information on this matter.

These are only available options for subscriptions. You can sell listing packages on subscription basis.

In the “Orders” section of the owner’s panel (/seller-shop/orders) there is a menu at the top. In this menu there is a tab “Refund Requested”.

At first I thought it was from the “Dokan” plugin, but then I realized it was not. I installed the “Dokan” plugin on another theme and this tab was not there.

It’s either coming from Dokan and they forgot to make this translatable or from extension you might installed.

Please tell me why the Dokan Pro functions are not displayed in the Dokan user stores?
I installed Dokan Pro on the site and wanted to add its functionality – a menu with support for: Products, Terms and Conditions, Reviews, Supplier Biography and other functionality. But for some reason all this is not displayed on the store page in your theme.
How can I make it all visible on the supplier store page? So that all the functionality of the Dokan Pro plugin can be displayed on the store page?
We do not advertise Listeo as fully compatible with Pro addons. We might extend missing features in future.

I think there are issues with the FAQ section in the listing part.
The first issue is that the FAQ section is not visible in the Listeo Editor > Add Listing section, and fields like the title cannot be edited.
The second issue is related to the UI: when clicking on a question in the opened state, the dropdown does not close.
The third issue is that it appears problematic on some browsers.
It’s supposed to be like that, there’s no need to add anything in add listing editor to FAQ section.
I wonder why you make so simple things so complicated. For something so simple, I have to add PHP to the child theme. As a customer, I am asking you a polite question, and the answer you give is a careless response, as if it has to be that way. According to whom or what does it have to be that way? Let me explain that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Perhaps I want to use this area more creatively. For example, I might want to use “Questions About the Listing” or I might not be using the theme in English. After all, only about 15% of the world’s population speaks English. Since you most likely add the content dynamically, it cannot be changed through a translation app or language files either.

Not every part is editable in Add Listing Form because there’s no point in doing that, and it would actually make things more complicated and create more confusion and potential issues.
I asked you in the simplest way why the FAQ section is not visible in the Listeo Editor > Add Listing section, unlike other major sections (of course not every part shouldnt be editable). We can change the titles, placeholders, etc., of all other sections from there. I believe that just as consistency is important in design, it should be the same in coding, and I think it is necessary for elements in an area to be editable in a way that users are accustomed to. I leave it to you to decide whether it is the right choice for everything to be visible in the Listeo Editor except for the FAQ. Additionally, I think there is no need to install a plugin for a simple task like changing a title. I also mentioned that the menu not collapsing when clicking on the issue is an overlooked flaw.
My intention is not to argue. I hope you take these comments as positive feedback to improve the theme and respond to questions with more sensitivity and focus. Good luck with your work.
We’ve been getting up to 200 tickets each week with all kinds of ideas. No one has reported any issues with the FAQ section, so I think it’s a pretty minor thing but we will consider adding it into editor.

If you’re not satisfied from Listeo and FAQ thing is a big deal for you you can request refund and try different theme.
