When a user uploads an image, why does it still appear as if there’s no image, and why isn’t it saving to their account?
First you need to activate the theme with your purchase code. But if you purchased the DateBook theme from sites other than ThemeForest, then it is not correct.

No. DateBook does not support Affiliate WP plugin. Sorry, I have no idea how to integrate such affiliate plugins and how such softwares should work.
DateBook has a very simple referral system. You can create a referral link, place it on other sites. After that, visitors to this site will be able to click on these links and be redirected to your dating site. But it only helps you track where visitors came from when they clicked on referral links.
How to disable profiles to show on the frontpage (homepage)? At the moment, there are only profiles displayed with NO picture. If the user has a picture, it disappears on the frontpage.
Disable this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profiles -> Normal profiles: show on Homepage.

WooCommerce does not support the tiered plans (products). In DateBook, we can create any function what we want, but not in WooCommerce.

What home page did you select here: WordPress -> Settings -> Reading -> Your homepage displays?
Select the default DateBook home page. If you select another page that have a different template, then the moderation may not work. See screenshot https://ibb.co/wC2wg8p

On the screenshot. Are you logged in? It looks you are logged in on the frontend but not in the WordPress admin area (backend). Try to enter the admin area of WordPress.
Perhaps, this is the reason of the issue why you are redirected to the home page.

I’m not sure if this is a setup issue or a bug. Yesterday everything was working but today, the whole subscription module is not working anymore. I bought a free trial and noticed it no longer shows green as active. When I navigate to other pages it shows “get a subscription”. When I try to get it again, I get a confirmation about my order, and on woocommerce, it’s showing as “completed”.
For testing the tiered membership (1, 2, and 12 months) I switched from woocommerce to datebook and when I switched back, the problem started.

Hi LeonGeb. This is strange why the payment becomes completed in WooCommerce but in the DateBook subscription is not active yet.
I just paid through PayPal in WooCommerce on our demo 2 site. It was successful. The subscription was activated.
It is difficult to say why today the subscription stopped working on your side.
You said “free trial”. “Trial period” does not exist in the subscription.

Just for information: If WooCommerce is selected in the theme settings, then WooCommerce fully controls payment process. This means that when you pay in WooCommerce, WooCommerce and the payment gateway site transfer all the information between each other. DateBook does not participate in this process. But when a payment is successful (completed) in WooCommerce, then WooCommerce automatically sends the successful data to DateBook and the subscription becomes active.

Appreciate the fast response. I switched back to woocommerce and recreated all the subscription plans, but it still didn’t let me purchase the sub. I rolled the system back to the day priorto the problem, and even after updating the plugins, it suddenly worked. So this really just might have been a missing selection somewhere in my setup

I just checked the CSS on the subscription page, on my mobile. It looks correct, not broken. May be, some third-party plugin breaks CSS or browser loads an old css file.

when i click back after seeing some profile I get a message in browser: “Confirm Form Resubmission. This webpage requires data that you entered earlier in order to be properly displayed. ERR_CACHE_MISS” it happens in many browsers. what should be changed in PHP code to avoid it?

1) It’s your browser that’s behaving this way. I have no idea why your browser displays such a warning message. This does not relate to the theme.
2) It is impossible to do in the theme. But you can use some redirection plugin to redirect to the search page instead of the home page.

Hi jefstys. This error is NOT in the theme! This is a WordPress error and means that a widget was removed. Actually, this error must occur once only. After that it must disappear. But if it does not disappear, then read below.
Solution:
1. Install the Classic Widgets plugin
2. Go to WordPress -> Appearance -> Widgets
3. At the bottom of the page, you can see inactive widgets. Remove them.
Done!

I added a new subscription plan but its automatically going to the bottom of the list but I need it on the top.
Can I change the sorting somewhere? Or will i have to recreate all 5 subscription models?

1. WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Countries -> Show Countries on Homepage.
2. WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Performance -> Cache countries on front page -> enter 0 (zero).

I’m trying to customize the page background images for the featured profiles but despite trying in every way I can’t. So I ask you what I have to click and what to deactivate to activate my images? What requirements must these images have (extension and format) to best fit for all devices?
PS: On the activation/upload images page, when I disable the “Enable default background images for featured profiles” function – but with my image loaded – since with the inspect element function I could see the native images, disabling this function makes the image code disappear

First, upload your background images here: WordPress -> Media
Second, go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Featured -> enable this option “Enable default background images for Featured profiles”.
Third, select the background images here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Featured -> Featured background images.

Background images should be bigger size (width 1600px and height 800px). The bigger the better. Extension does not matter.

Hi, i always have this warning in Admin panel WP: “Save theme options! We’ve detected that you’ve never saved any theme options…” even if i save and try again, this message never go out (even after clean/refresh Cache too)
Hi. Install the latest update 4.8.7. Install both the theme and the plugin. And try to save the theme settings again.
If no success, then deactivate all plugins, and try to save the theme settings again.

I mean, while uploading the plugin files there were an error. One file was corrupted.
Solution: try to upload the plugin files again by different ways. Yes, different ways, not only one way.
1. Try to upload on FTP and see if the theme works.
2. Try to upload by help of File Manager on your hosting panel.
3. Try to upload in WordPress here: WordPress -> Plugins -> Add New Plugin.

Hi LeonGeb. As you know, only administrator has an access to the moderation panel on the home page.
Now, you can grant access to the moderation for any user. Just enter a user’s email here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Security -> Allow access to the moderation panel for the following users.
After that, the moderation panel will be displayed on the home page, when a user logs in. He will be able to approve/decline/delete new profiles, photos, classified ads and tours.
On the forms, some of the default forms have 2 Columns with each 50%. But how can i make 2 colums by myself?

This is impossible at the moment. But this is in our task list. Soon, the newly uploaded photos will be displayed in the moderation panel first before going public.

But other pages do not exist are not published/active.
