Hey! I was trying to import demo templates for the “IT-Tech” WordPress theme, but I’m encountering an import issue. Please help me fix the problem. Error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with ittech_uploader.js a status of 404 (Not Found)

If someone purchases your theme, do you think it is logical to share the server or site details with you? I bought the theme, but it is not working for me. Please guide me in resolving the issue. Or send me the theme via email, which has the complete theme files.
As we have contacted on WhatsApp and connected on Anydesk for resolve but my issue and query is still not resolved. I am unable to edit via elementor plugin. Menu it is not as in demo. You are not responding on WhatsApp, i have to wait for 12-24 hours for response. It would be nice if you resolve our issue otherwise I will have to make refund request because without editing the content via elementor this theme is useless for us.

If you can’t provide the theme with fully functional one click demo and similar UI as show in preview. Simply refund me. I scrolled through comments and noticed this issue is not new its happening from long time some comments are 5 months old with same issue.

First, I can’t share images here which I shared with you on WhatsApp, Secondly, Demo is not getting imported smoothly with 100% success, And when we edit pages using elementor it throwing exception in console and kept in loading state. Lastly after demo import mega menu doesn’t appear and images on pages are broken which directly referencing your own website.
P.S: The way you are giving support we can’t use this template after official theme forest support end. So its is requested to you give us clean and fully functional. Thanks
Why you not sent message via Email ?
I message you themeforest, then message you on whatsapp. You didn’t bother to reply on WhatsApp and now asking me to Email you. You are asking for login details since day one, instead of sharing a stable version with me. Let me email you as well. and we need stable copy so that we can run it successfully on local then deploy it on live server. Email has been sent just check your mailbox.
Again(on Email) you are asking website URL along with login and password. You are just wasting our time. This is not the way digital products sells across the globe.
