Just bought the theme..LOOKS great!, is there a way to bulk add “categories” as well as “cities”? Is there a way to also customize the listing information that potential people listing their business will see? So if I wanted people to list their business selling “cars” the questions when they click on add their business will say “how many cars do you sell” or “what type of cars” etc, etc. Also, I am sure I am overlooking it..but how do I charge for a listing? I see the woocommerce plugin for subscriptions..but I haven’t figured it out. Is there a youtube page or video or something? Thanks again!

How do I unexpire listings that were accidentally expired?
Figured it out!
Just edit the suspended/expired listing and edit the expiration date. Set a new date for the future and publish it.
Thanks. Are there any known issues with Social Login? Facebook works perfectly, but whenever I enable Twitter or Google, the site breaks.
I had to disable them temporarily. Is this a plugin issue, or is it something else?

Hi, I need to resolve a question before purchasing this theme.
Is it possible for me to change the card size? My idea is to have two columns of cards displayed on the mobile phone while the customer scrolls. Is that possible?
Another thing I want to ask is if I can use a dropdown menu for country selection instead of the search form.

You’d need custom CSS to modify the card size for mobile. Maybe not so simple, depends on the card you plan to use, because there are elements inside the card that have their distances/sizes depending on the card size.
Yes, you can use a drop down for countries and disable regions in the search.

I have purchased your theme and am currently experiencing an issue with the WCFM plugin. When attempting to access the WCFM dashboard, I receive the following message:
“This page should contain [wc_frontend_manager] shortcode.”
I have verified that the [wc_frontend_manager] shortcode is indeed present on the designated page. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved even after re-adding the shortcode.
Could you kindly advise on how to resolve this matter or direct me to the appropriate support channel for further assistance?

If you used the demo import, please verify if multiple “Store Manager” pages were created. Delete the duplicated ones. Then go to “WCM Options” located in the botton of the WordPress back menu, and set the existing “Store Manager” page as “WCFM Page”.

Hi again, i’m sorry, but im tired of constatly install the theme and anything i do literally breaks the site, yesterday i’ve installed 14 times, allways with a critical error, when i try to upload a logo or a image it breaks the main menu in header, when i upload the demo content it breaks the site, when i tried the social login it breaks the site, anything i do it breaks the site, when i do a change it breaks the site, can you please, please update the site so it won’t break every 10 minutes, please, or can i have a refund from this theme, it doesn’t work, never happened this to me.

Please don’t complain or blame about the theme without solid evidences, like PHP log issues pointing to the theme files. If the theme always worked correctly for other customers, but not for you in special, the problem seems related to your current server, not to the theme. Please send an email to support@wt.ax for debugging purposes.

Why is Elementor Canvas not working in Listing job? It works in the backend and data is coming but it is not visible in the frontend.
I solved this problem but I can’t find a solution. Why is there no elementor header compatibility? I want to change the header of the theme! By the way, I am solving all the questions I asked myself and I don’t even get an answer from you.

Hi, Im having some issues with the theme can you help me please?
The header menu, it disapears the add listing button and the rest of the menu desintegrates.
Also it gives critical errrors when i add the demo content and i have to install several times, then it breakes, also the listings are not loading, the loader keeps running but the listings don´t show.

How do I force the user to create an account/ or sign after selecting a package from the “add listing” button. I dont have the options under the job manager—> job submission settings. These options are not available : “Account required – If left unchecked, non-logged in users will be able to submit job listings without creating an account. Account creation – If checked, non-logged in users will be able to create an account by entering their email address on the job submission form.”
Please advise.

Currently, users are required to register after submitting the listing data. There are WP Job Manager options hidden because they don’t match the theme logic for listing submissions, but this can change in the future.
Go to Theme Options / Maps / Disable map for listing search and archive.

Users need to register and buy a listing package to have listings published. Please send an email to support@wt.ax for general averiguation in case your site is not working as described.

The Listing Adding button is gone, and I want to hide the login button on all pages. I wish you had put this in the theme options. You have put so many things, add these too

I was checking out the demo, and I must say it’s an impressive theme with a creative approach to presenting directories.
However, from an SEO perspective, I noticed an issue with multiple H1 tags on inner pages. I’m attaching a screenshot for reference. Will this be addressed in future updates? Ideally, the listing title should be the only H1, while the rest should be adjusted to avoid SEO issues. Multiple H1 tags on a single page can negatively impact rankings.

Also, I have a quick question—some other directory themes offer a feature to display recent company reviews (of listed companies) on the homepage. Does your theme have this functionality?
