We are trying to contact the support team for the Fire Rangers – Shooting Club and Gun Store Theme, but unfortunately, your official support portal does not list this theme in the product selection options. As a result, the purchase code we received does not match any available product on your support page, making it impossible to submit a ticket.
This severely complicates communication and leaves us without a way to get proper technical assistance for the issues we’ve encountered, which include demo import errors, broken plugin URLs, and missing documentation.

After encountering fatal errors during the installation of the theme and trying to contact technical support, we were surprised to find that the ticket system does not even list the theme we purchased: Fire Rangers – Shooting Club and Gun Store Theme.
Here’s a detailed summary of the issues:
Demo content import fails (it starts downloading at 1%, 2%, 3%, and then at 4% it bugs out and skips to the next line: Widgets, where it repeats the same issue).
Failed URL in the form plugin – download doesn’t work.
Failed URL in the booking calendar plugin – download doesn’t work.
There is no specific documentation available for the Fire Rangers theme.
The price is too high for a theme with such basic and critical issues. It feels like it’s in a very early development stage and not ready to be on sale.
We will request a refund if we don’t receive a response within the next few hours.
