I have used “Get a Quote Button for WooCommerce” by WPBean for my other website with woodmart theme which was still working good but When I installed the premade template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-organic/demo/organic/#/demo/organic/) then the plugin just keep saying “[object Object]”. The plugin has no issue because i have installed a different prebuilt template where the plugin working great.

I’m planning to switch from the Xstore theme to WoodMart, but I have one issue with the checkout page. I want the coupon code input field to be visible right below the subtotal on the checkout page, without needing the customer to click a button to reveal it. Right now, the coupon code field is hidden at the top and needs to be clicked to open. I’ve seen demos of the theme, and it looks the same everywhere. Can you help with this customization?

It is how the coupon field is displayed in WooCommerce by default. Unfortunately, we don’t have a custom code to change this.

I got my support renewed. When i am trying to create ticket i dont see option to create. Why?

Hi, how can i activate shop sidebar for “archive tax-yith_product_brand”?

Our sidebar works on WooCommerce archives only. There is no option to activate it on custom taxonomies.

Hi! .wd-accordion-title or .wd-accordion-title-text don’t appear when translating a page with WPML. I can’t find this anywere in Custom Term Meta Translation or Custom Fields Translation. Can you confirm this theme is fully compatible with WPML?

This title is stored in block attributes according to Gutenberg code guidelines. Note that not all of the attributes are stored in the JSON. And it should work with WPML without any problems. If you can’t translate it, create a topic on our support forum and our specialists will help you.

Currently, the WoodMart theme does not offer functionality to automatically send follow-up emails encouraging customers to review their purchased products and include a photo with their review.

This feature is widely used across many Shopify stores, as verified customer reviews—especially those with photos—play a key role in building trust and social proof. Displaying these reviews directly beneath product listings helps potential buyers make more informed and confident purchasing decisions.

Additionally, offering an automatic discount code after a customer submits a review can serve as an effective incentive for future purchases.

Please consider adding this functionality—it would be a valuable enhancement to the shop experience.

I just renewed the invoice for Woodmart support, but I can’t type anything on the forum, so I’ll ask my question here.

I’ve been using the Woodmart theme for years for my website, but the sidebar only appears on the category page in Dutch. I add a Woodmart woocommerce layered nav via classic widgets, and set the category and language, but no matter what I do, nothing appears.

I’ve disabled the sidebar in the settings and enabled it again, but it doesn’t help. I’ve also deleted the cache and resynced the libraries with elementor pro.

What’s wrong?

Hello, I want to sell some products on my website with payments (direct purchase), but I also have other products (customized ones) that need to get a quote before. Is it possible to add some products in catalog mode and others in normal direct buy ? If not, is it possible with your theme or not ? Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

I purchased the WoodMart theme four years ago but haven’t used it until today. I tried to install and import the “Minimalism” demo on a fresh WordPress installation hosted on SiteGround. However, after the import process completed, the theme didn’t import fully and isn’t functioning properly. I need help resolving this issue.

Hi, The website still has issue even after the dummy content importation, as an admin, I can view all product pages normally, but when accessing the site as a guest (not logged in), the product pages load the correct URLs but show the following message instead of the actual product details:

“Great things are on the horizon
Something big is brewing! Our store is in the works and will be launching soon!”

The site is not in maintenance mode, and the homepage, product categories, prices, and images are all visible to guests. Only individual product pages are affected.

I haven’t made any changes to the credentials, so you should still have access to investigate.

Could you please look into this as soon as possible and help resolve it?

Please fix the bug with taxonomies already! After last update it is impossible to chose taxonomy in anything (for example product grid or product tabs). It just doesn’t load any taxonomy or ID!

I don’t want to pay for support every time you update theme and bug appears …

I have a general question about using your theme. During the setup process, I noticed that there’s an option to install a demo version of the theme, which is great. However, when I install the demo, it also includes a lot of sample data, such as sample products and other content.

I would prefer to start clean — without any sample data — but still have the theme look like one of your demos. Is there a way to set up the theme to look like the demo, but without importing the sample content?

Also, you shared a link that seems to be a documentation or guide — is it possible to find instructions for this specific setup there?
