I purchased this theme today May 27th and have been eager to put it to use on my site. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a persistent issue with the main navigation menu that I have been unable to resolve despite multiple troubleshooting steps:
- Menu Failure:The main menu does not display or function correctly. - Repeated Restores: I have restored my WordPress hosting environment three separate times in an effort to fix the problem, with no success. - Time Spent: I’ve already spent several hours attempting every possible solution, and I do not want any further troubleshooting—please process a full refund.
Because these problems have consumed a significant amount of time and I am still unable to use the theme as intended, I respectfully request a full refund. For your reference, please find screenshots demonstrating the issue:
If you need additional details—such as error logs or access to my staging site—please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide them. Otherwise, I would appreciate confirmation of the refund at your earliest convenience.

I am not wasting anymore time working on installing this theme. I tried 4 times and spent 5 hours. I DO NOT WANT TO SUBMIT A TICKET. I WANT A FULL REFUND.
DO NOT GIVE ME A Solution OTHER THAN Returning the full amount of money that I spent on this theme.

Thank you for replying. I watched the video but unfortunately the video is 3 years old. In your current activation process it asks for a url I imagine it is our website. This is not in the video. Even when i use my url, It doesn’t work. I’ll open a ticket.

How can I deactive AOI mouse cursor icon ? I enjoyed everything but the mouse cursor. Also I can’t find this product on your support page.

The theme is listed in our support system for sure, so when you go to our support system and navigate to submit a ticket, you can see a list of our themes, you just need to search for the AOi theme as it’s already included in the support.

This template contains too much custom CSS. It’s all very manual. It’s not to our liking.
We could solve the menu problem ourselves from the CSS, but that’s not the idea. This is one of the most expensive templates found on ThemeForest.
We are not comfortable with this template. We kindly request a refund for the purchase. Thank you very much.

We’re sorry for your experience with our AOi theme, but we think there’s been a misunderstanding, the theme is made with Elementor, and it doesn’t require any programming language knowledge, you can customize anything on the theme just from Elementor, if there’s any part that was added CSS to it, it was to make any tweak that was out of the Elementor.
However, we’re willing to offer you a full refund, so please request it and we’ll accept.

I don’t feel comfortable with this template. I bought it to make the design process of my website easier, but it has been a headache. When I install the template, it looks good at first, until I try to find the menu on mobile devices. For some reason that I don’t understand, it looks good on some subpages, but on most of them, it simply doesn’t appear or the dropdown doesn’t work properly.
I assumed that I should install the pro version of Elementor, and so I did. Some menu editing options appeared, but they still don’t show up on other subpages. I use Hostinger, and the configuration is the same as the other sites. Regards.
