The theme and all its features are great, but support is a bit slow. Furthermore, there’s no connection between Themeforest and xtemos—and there’s no way to renew the subscription there either. I’m really disappointed, especially since I’ve been having serious problems for months now!

I am currently using the WoodMart theme for my WooCommerce site. I noticed that when testing with the Meta Pixel Helper, only “PageView”, “ViewCategory”, and “Purchase” events are firing. Other important events like “ViewContent”, “AddToCart”, “InitiateCheckout”, and “AddPaymentInfo” are missing.
I compared this with a simple Hello Elementor theme installation, and all Pixel events fired correctly without any issues.
It seems that some dynamic features or custom AJAX actions in the WoodMart theme may be preventing certain Facebook Pixel standard events from firing properly.
Could you please check if this is a known issue and if there is a recommended way to ensure full Pixel event tracking compatibility with the theme?

I like this theme, but I need some additional features for the Gutenberg editor, like dynamic content! Also, I want a free shipping system if anyone buys 2-3 products! Not based on the amount! Based on the amount is also nice, but I like to offer free shipping based on the items!

I really like your theme and would love to use it for a wig shop project. However, before purchasing, I need to confirm whether the following functionality can be implemented with your theme:
Is it possible to set up filtering of product variations on the product page by group? For example, if a wig is available in several shades from different color categories, it’s important that the user can first filter by the main color group (e.g., brunettes, blondes, reds, etc.), and then select a specific shade from the available variations.
It is also essential that the product variations are displayed as photo thumbnails, not just text or color.

Can the Short Description of products be replaced with the Product Additional Information table?

There’s a sidebar section titled “Delivery & Return” that includes an accordion with placeholder text like:
“My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?” “Do you deliver on public holidays?”, etc.
This section doesn’t apply to our site because we only offer digital subscriptions and affiliate links, not physical shipping.
What I need: Remove, hide or modify the entire “Delivery & Return” accordion on the cart and checkout pages
If it’s injected via a widget, static block, or theme sidebar (we’re using Woodmart + Elementor), please help me identify the source. Its nowhere to be found???
Optionally: I’d like to replace it in the future with a note like: “No shipping. No returns. Just affiliate picks and vendor subscriptions that support dog rescues.”

It appears only on the cart/checkout page, and not inside Elementor when you’re editing those pages
It doesn’t update when you edit the “Delivery & Return” page or FAQ templates
It’s visible on the frontend even when not logged in
This suggests it’s either:
Injected via a theme hook (Woodmart adds cart/checkout widgets via PHP)
Coming from a WooCommerce hook or sidebar
Coming from a static block or global widget, but not named obviously.

I have used “Get a Quote Button for WooCommerce” by WPBean for my other website with woodmart theme which was still working good but When I installed the premade template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-organic/demo/organic/#/demo/organic/) then the plugin just keep saying “[object Object]”. The plugin has no issue because i have installed a different prebuilt template where the plugin working great.
