Hello! I used the one click demo importer and none of the images are showing on the site and in the media library. Can you help please?

Hi, after purchasing the theme, I installed it and was able to import the demo content. A week later, we had to reset the site and I reinstalled the theme. Trying to import the demo content again is failing. I looked at the log file from the one that successfully imported vs the one that failed a week later and they are identical up to “NEW AJAX call”. The one that worked does many calls and imports widgets and etcetera.

The one that doesn’t stops after the first ajax call. Can you help?

hey when I am importing the emall theme demo then all the images of the theme are becoming blank and dimensions are being written on them. why is this happening and how do I fix it. and should I keep PHP version 8.2 in my hostinger?

I noticed the license says it is only good for a single domain so what do I need to do to build the site on the staging domain then make it live on the actual domain?

However, my client has requested the following customizations:

Change the background color on all pages. Example reference: Coconut Milk Soap Product Page

Increase the logo size, as it currently appears too small on the same page.

I’ve already tried applying the following custom CSS:

css Copy Edit body { background-color: #34fc10; }

.normal-logo { max-width: 300px !important; height: auto !important; } Unfortunately, these changes do not seem to have any effect. Could you kindly advise on how to resolve this?

When you refer to a multipurpose template, does that mean I get access to all the variations shown, or just one?

Can I combine different features in my eCommerce website from each item? For example, can I mix and match different header styles (or most of them that don’t conflict) or features on the product or filter pages? The reason I ask is because I like several elements, but I’ve noticed that some of them are from one template and I’d like to combine them with features from another one. That’s why I’m asking.

This is the only thing I need to clarify before making the purchase. Thanks!

When I try to set free shipping the emall theme does not use the value setted in free shipping method (woocommerce option). I checked the docs and it’s not clear to me why it happen. Basically it always show me the text that free shipping method is available. I also checked emall theme options and not saw any option for that. Could You help me? Many Thanks.
