The WordPress theme is visually very appealing, and from a design standpoint, there is nothing to complain about. It is modern, well-designed, and perfectly meets my expectations in terms of aesthetics.
However, I have encountered numerous bugs that required intervention from technical support. At the beginning, everything went smoothly: the customer service was responsive, efficient, and provided quick solutions to the various issues I experienced. Satisfied with the quality of service, I decided to extend the support for an additional six months in order to complete the necessary fixes to the theme.
Unfortunately, the quality of support has significantly declined since then. Responses are now delayed, and resolution times are particularly long, even when the issues are clearly related to programming errors. As of today, I have been waiting for three days for intervention to fix a malfunction that directly affects the proper management of my business.
I sincerely hope that the support service will quickly regain its original level of professionalism and efficiency. Otherwise, I will seriously consider no longer using their services in the future.

- Elementor Pro has expired, and it needs an upgrade to edit the website; unable to edit anything right now.
