About the license reset: the Reset License feature itself is available, but from your description it looks like the reset didn’t fully sync on the server side. That’s why you’re still seeing the maximum license usage reached message when activating it on the new domain.

No worries — this isn’t something you need to troubleshoot on your end. We can fix it quickly once we check the license logs.

Your license key

The old domain (if available)

The new domain where you’re trying to activate

• The domain search bar and automated integration are tailored for GoDaddy’s Reseller API and won’t work out of the box with other providers.
• You can customize the theme manually to link to your own hosting packages or external order pages.

We’ve actually released many updates recently, and the theme is actively maintained. If you’re not seeing the updates or the auto-updater isn’t working as expected, you can still update the parent theme manually by following these steps:

How to Manually Update the Parent Theme:

1. Download the Latest Version Head to your ThemeForest account, go to “Downloads,” and grab the latest version of the theme.

2. Backup Your Website Always take a full backup of your site (files and database) before making any updates.

3. Replace the Old Theme Files

Via FTP: Connect to your server and replace the contents of the parent theme folder (`wp-content/themes/your-theme-folder`) with the new version.

Or via WordPress Dashboard: * Go to Appearance > Themes * Temporarily activate a different theme * Delete the old parent theme * Click “Add New” and upload the latest ZIP file * Activate the updated theme

⚠️ This won’t affect your child theme or your content.

Hi, I did exact steps but I lost styles, header and footer template on my child theme!

the other issue is that I need to activate my license but is not getting activated as I need to deactivate from https://keystonethemes.com/license-manager but still I can’t deactivate it.

However, please note that if you require domain search bars or pricing tables, you’ll need to set those up manually to match your own services.
