Theme Setup is not working. While I have freshly installed this theme. I have tried to run theme setup, but it not working. While installing plugins it gives ajax error for all plugins and process stops. Have already opened a support ticket.

I’m planning to prurchase this template, but in advance I’d like to ask: - Is it possible to simplify the portfolio pages? Absolutely! You can add a zoomable picture gallery along with small text paragraph. The page content is fully editable using Elementor, making it easy to incorporate any elements you desire.

May I know if I choose Demo 2, am I able to user other Demo 3 or 4 module/features or home banner inside my demo 2? Or i can only choose 1 Demo to import? I would like to mix and match.

Yes, you can use demo-3 and demo-4 elements if you setup demo-2. All the elements are available in all demo. You can mix elements from different demo.

I can only revoke access from ThemeStek Themes in the plugin but there’s also another theme i have bought from you there (LabtechCO). I don’t want to deactivate both.

Our theme licensing system depends on the Envato Market plugin. So just link Envato Market plugin with proper license and it will be good to do.

There is no built-in option for mega menu. I recommend you to install plugin for this. I recommend the Max Mega Menu plugin which is good and very good options.

Yes you can remove the big footer easily. The footer area is in two parts. The 1st footer area is created with widgets so it’s called footer widget area. The 2nd footer area is created with copyright area and it’s called footer copyright area.
You can completely remove the footer widget area. Just remove all widgets and it will be removed and only the footer copyright area will be visiable.

you told me that the silders are included but they are not included. There are no sliders in Slider revolution and on homepage it says that slider with alias slider-demo-08 not found. Where can I find the sliders?

Thank you, with the help of the Support I found them and manually installed them. However they are not imported with demo data and people must know where to find them.

No it is not a hiccup. Sliders are not imported. Check it out because I have tried many times with no luck after reading this assurance.
The slider zip file is located at wp-content/plugins/xinterio-theme-setup-wizard/envato_setup/sliders/ for anyone who needs them.

The “Outfit” font is available in the options. Just go to Xinterio Options > Typography Options section and select “Outfit” fonts in “Global Typography” option.
Also if you want to to change font for heading too, then just select the font in the all headings (from H1 to H6 and also in Heading, Subheading options) to change all heading font too.

We’ll just speed up the transition a little bit.
If there is a setting on the panel, it takes 2 seconds, for example, speed adjustment is available in some themes.

I would like to ask whether your Filter in Portfolio for Categories: 1) Has pagination (Page 1, Page 2 etc) and not only “Load More”, 2) If it works properly (when I click on a new category it takes me to Page 1 of each category).

Currently, the Portfolio Category page lacks pagination, but we will add this feature. In the meantime, you can create a page to display the portfolio from a selected category with pagination, which you can see here:

You can choose to implement either pagination or a “Load More” button for navigation.

Changing of logo is not clear even with ELEMENTOR basic skills.
when you click on Xintero options it only takes you to widgets and get stuck.
There is no place to edit headers and footers.
There is not slides under Rev slider, but the demo uploaded successfully and it can display the slide but no way to edit them. Checked Slider Revolution its empty.
Tried to import different demos several times and the problem is the same.
Can you check this and update the documentantion because even after following step by step the above does not work

The options are same as described in the document. If you cannot see opitons same as document, then I think there may be any bug or some files are missing. Please create a ticket for this so our team will guide you on this.
For logo, it’s part of Xinterio Options so you cannot edit it via Elementor. Also our Header and footer are not editable via Elementor editor. But you can change different options via Xinterio Options section (customzer section).
For Slider Revolution, if it’s displaying slides then it will be in Admin > Slider Revoluiton section. If not then please add this in the ticket too.
