I am attempting to use Custom Tabs in the left thumbnail template for products. Although the tab appears, it displays the coded version rather than the actual content. I have tested various content types, including Rich Text, File, and Link, but all are rendered as code. Only the Single Line Text option displays correctly.

From the beginning, we’ve carefully optimized our theme’s code to ensure fast loading speeds. The theme includes lazy loading for images, deferred scripts, and CSS optimization to improve overall performance. Regarding images, the theme will display them exactly as they are uploaded.

However, for stores with a very large product volume (e.g., tens of thousands of products), performance can be affected due to the increased number of DOM elements and images being loaded. This is more of a platform limitation than a theme-specific issue, as Shopify must process and render a high amount of content.

We recommend organizing your catalog strategically (e.g., using filters, collections, and pagination) to maintain speed and usability.

I am using the theme for the second year now. I selected the products per row: 5, for the slider products block, but it didnt work. so i contacted the support team and they fixed for me, but i dont know how. now I just updated the theme and the problem is still there. i gave products per row as 5, but when page refreshes it suddenly moves from 5 to 4 products a row. there is some error. how can I fix this? its an error as i understand.

I’ve noticed a serious issue with your theme. When using color swatches (instead of image swatches), the product image does not update upon selecting a different color variant on product or collection pages — specifically on Apple devices (iOS/Safari).

This functionality works perfectly on Android devices, but not on iOS, which is a significant bug and affects the user experience. Could you please look into this and let us know when a fix will be released?

I mean, after the Description and Shipping and Return Tab, we should normally have a review tab.

Hello, I have an issue with menu on iOS. The menu does not open at all on iPhones, specifically in Safari. The hamburger icon appears, but tapping it has no effect — the menu doesn’t expand.

I’ve tested this on multiple iPhone devices (iOS 16 and 17), and the issue is consistent. It seems like the tap event is not being detected properly in Safari on iOS.

pre-sale : i have checked the theme before buying i would like to know it is possible to set left side bar to full height in product page, because my current them unable to do this. i saw the demo for left sidebar product page but it is not complete height the product tab description is having full width container
