It’s likely you downloaded only the “Installable WordPress file only” from ThemeForest, which includes just the main theme. To access the child theme and other included files, please download the full package.

The installation process for both parent and child themes is quite similar.

If you’ve already made changes to the website and now install a child theme, it depends on where those changes were made.

If the changes were done using the WordPress Customizer (like colors, fonts, or layout settings), those settings are stored in the database and will remain intact even after activating the child theme.

However, if any changes were made directly to the theme files (such as code edits in style.css, functions.php, or template files), those will not automatically carry over and would need to be manually copied into the child theme for them to take effect.

The issue with the header image and the portfolio items not loading properly seems to be related to the image format being used. Currently, the theme does not support WebP images, which is likely causing the display issue and loading errors.

Support for WebP will be available in a future update. For now, I recommend using standard image formats like JPG or PNG instead to ensure everything works as expected.

To clarify, while it’s not essential to use Elementor specifically, the theme is built to work with both Elementor and WPBakery. Using one of these page builders is highly recommended, as it allows you to fully access and customize all the theme’s features and pre-designed layouts. Without a supported page builder, you won’t be able to take full advantage of the theme’s capabilities.

Regarding the license, a single purchase includes a regular license, which is valid for use on one website only. If you plan to build three separate sites, you would need to purchase three individual licenses.

Thank you vey much. I imported the demos in elementor. I can edit with elementor all pages but if i try to edit a portfolio item with elementor then i recieve an error with the “the_content” function. How can i solve this? Thank you very much

For the portfolio items, we’ve set them up using a custom template designed specifically for consistency and layout control. Because of this setup, portfolio items are not intended to be edited with Elementor.

Instead, you can edit the content of each portfolio item directly through the WordPress editor (under Portfolio > All Portfolio in the dashboard). The design and layout are handled automatically by the template, so you just need to add your text, images, and other details in the standard editor.

Yes, it’s possible to have different sets of filters on each portfolio page, but the way it works is a bit specific.

Filters are automatically generated based on the categories assigned to the portfolio items, and these categories are shared across all portfolios. So, you can’t manually create unique filters for each portfolio section.

However, you can control which filters appear on each page by including or excluding specific categories. When you include only certain categories for a portfolio page, the filter buttons will adjust accordingly and only show filters related to those categories.

This effectively gives each portfolio page its own unique set of filters, without any interference from other portfolio pages.
