Hi there, I’m writing to ask a pre-sales question.

I’ve noticed a few comments about the theme’s performance. My client and I have spent a lot of time researching different themes and they really like this theme but I’m concerned about the page load speed.

Have the performance issues and optimisation been resolved? I need this theme to work well for a single-brand supplements website with a wide range of products and numerous global attributes linked to the supplement facts.

I have looked at the optimisation recommendations… which is standard. But as an experienced WordPress agency, I know that these recommendations cannot undo or negate a poorly optimised theme or plugin.

Our theme is developed from a clean and lightweight codebase that we’ve built in-house, rather than being adapted from existing themes. This approach allows us to avoid redundant or legacy code and ensures a solid performance foundation.

We’ve also chosen Tailwind CSS instead of frameworks like Bootstrap, which often include numerous unnecessary components. Tailwind helps keep the CSS minimal and highly efficient, contributing significantly to faster load times.

Before every release, we rigorously optimize the theme using Google Lighthouse standards to ensure the best possible performance out of the box.

Hello, maybe a bug about logo settings, if I try to change them, all logos remain “oxen” default

I purchased one of your themes called onxen. Currently, when installing and deploying it, I first installed and deployed it with a secondary domain name, and then changed it to a main domain name later. Can it be modified? Will there still be any charges?

Theme is good but it has lots of errors, Can you please optimise this theme as i’m getting lots of errors in google page speed test and performance is just 55 and I checked your demo also that’s performance is only 35. Please fix all errors and release update else it’s useless

Our theme is always kept up to date. You can verify this by checking the changelog we publish in our documentation — we also include a link to it in the theme description.

One thing we can confidently confirm is that our theme is already highly optimized in terms of performance. At this time, there are no further optimization updates planned in the near future.

We’ve carefully tested the theme using Google Lighthouse, which we consider the most accurate tool for performance analysis. We do not currently have plans to optimize specifically for GTmetrix.
