Hi there, I’m writing to ask a pre-sales question.
I’ve noticed a few comments about the theme’s performance. My client and I have spent a lot of time researching different themes and they really like this theme but I’m concerned about the page load speed.
Have the performance issues and optimisation been resolved? I need this theme to work well for a single-brand supplements website with a wide range of products and numerous global attributes linked to the supplement facts.
I have looked at the optimisation recommendations… which is standard. But as an experienced WordPress agency, I know that these recommendations cannot undo or negate a poorly optimised theme or plugin.

We’ve also chosen Tailwind CSS instead of frameworks like Bootstrap, which often include numerous unnecessary components. Tailwind helps keep the CSS minimal and highly efficient, contributing significantly to faster load times.
Before every release, we rigorously optimize the theme using Google Lighthouse standards to ensure the best possible performance out of the box.

I purchased one of your themes called onxen. Currently, when installing and deploying it, I first installed and deployed it with a secondary domain name, and then changed it to a main domain name later. Can it be modified? Will there still be any charges?

Theme is good but it has lots of errors, Can you please optimise this theme as i’m getting lots of errors in google page speed test and performance is just 55 and I checked your demo also that’s performance is only 35. Please fix all errors and release update else it’s useless

Yes I’ve already read that but your theme has some issues, you can check in Google page Speed test or on GT Matrix, please fix all those issues
To accurately test performance, please make sure you’re testing from an Asia-based server, as our demo is hosted in Singapore and we do not use a CDN.
Each theme we publish on ThemeForest is thoroughly tested using Google Lighthouse, which is the most reliable tool for evaluating theme performance. That’s why we are confident that our theme is well-optimized.
Please note that performance scores depend on many factors — all of which we’ve explained in detail in our optimization guide. If you want to achieve high performance scores, you must follow all recommendations, including the use of a CDN.

Our theme is always kept up to date. You can verify this by checking the changelog we publish in our documentation — we also include a link to it in the theme description.
One thing we can confidently confirm is that our theme is already highly optimized in terms of performance. At this time, there are no further optimization updates planned in the near future.
We’ve carefully tested the theme using Google Lighthouse, which we consider the most accurate tool for performance analysis. We do not currently have plans to optimize specifically for GTmetrix.

When importing data always getting this error- Error! Request failed with status code 500

The 500 Error you encountered while importing the demo content is most likely due to incorrect PHP configuration on your server, which does not meet the standard requirements for WordPress.

I’ve increased PHP limit but now it’s giving this error- Error! Request failed with status code 503 after 23% completion
The errors you’re encountering during the demo import are most likely caused by unstable internet connectivity or server limitations.
Please make sure your internet connection is stable, as the demo data is imported online directly from our server to your website. Any interruptions in the connection can result in failed imports.
Additionally, we recommend checking and, if necessary, increasing your PHP settings to higher values to ensure the import process runs smoothly.
I’ve increased limit: max_execution_time 180 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 128M upload_max_filesize 128M I’m using GoDaddy server. Still getting error when trying to import Extra data at 24% sometime it’s giving 500 error sometime it’s giving 503
