I found an issue with the theme. It seems that when a WooCommerce product has many comments, not all of them are displayed. Only up to 50 comments are shown. Ideally, I would like all comments to be displayed by default. Could you please let me know how to fix this?

Hello! I tried to update the theme via FTP to the latest version available on Theme Forest. A fatal error occurred due to the theme. It could be from Elementor (and it was updated to the latest version), it could also be from Elementor Pro, I don’t know. The fact is that after this error I had to restore everything from backup, regardless of whether I went back to the initial version of Elementor.

Issue: Fatal Error in Abandoned Cart Module
I’m experiencing a fatal error in the WoodMart theme related to the Abandoned Cart module:
pgsql Copy Edit Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_cart_contents() on bool in /wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/woocommerce/modules/abandoned-cart/list-tables/class-cart-content-table.php on line 97 It seems WC()->cart is returning false, and the code is trying to call get_cart_contents() on it without checking. This breaks the admin panel.
Please fix this with a proper check for WC()->cart before calling any methods. Let me know if a patch or update is available. Thanks!

The documentation for WoodMart on product video notes: ‘that if you use a YouTube or Vimeo video, your gallery can’t be controlled with touch or swipe. You can use arrows only.’ I was unable to find an example of this in any of the demo galleries. Do you have a demo that shows this restriction? I also would like to know if I switch to this theme from Basel will I have to manually transfer, product by product, all my video IDs from my product pages?

One regular license allows you to use our theme for a single project/website. For multiple projects, you need to purchase one regular license per domain/website.
Our header builder is designed to work with our theme only. It is not available as a separate plugin.

I purchased Basel vs. Woodmart years ago because the product video options seemed more robust. However, it looks as if the product video options for the gallery in Woodmart are extremely beneficial for my needs. My question is, how much effort would a switch to Woodmart require on my end?

Hello, i have question – swatch for variations – woocommerce hide out of stock is enabled. Swatches are disabled on product page – but on shop archive and category archive is not. It is possible to also disable swatches out of stock in shop archive and category page like on signle product page?

Hello! I got the error “Autoloaded options could affect performance”. I found a lot of “woodmart_pa_” records in the “wp-option” table, about 3000 of them. What could be the problem and how to remove them from the database?

We have disabled autoload for these options a while ago. You need to either resave your attributes or manually change the `autoload` column in the database from `yes` to `no`.

Currently, there are no such options for the mini cart in our theme. There is a tooltip with a term name when you move your mouse over swatches but there is no text below the image.

As for the text under swatches — yes, I see there’s a tooltip, but when dealing with complex image swatches, it’s really necessary to have the text displayed underneath, or at least make the tooltip customizable.
If I purchase the theme, would it be possible to add that text using custom CSS for the time being?
I feel the options I mentioned earlier are not just useful but actually necessary — they would make the theme much, much better overall.
Also, I believe staying open and positive about these improvements could have a real impact on boosting sales and overall user satisfaction.

Hi, the webshop is online since over a year, without issues. But now, and I do not know why, my ‘animatated counter’ elment doesn’t show anymore the character I’ve inserted 2 years ago. I did not make any significant updates. And thinking about a bug I updated to last theme version and applied all patches, but the problem is still here: I see only ‘NaN’ as counter element instead of the caracter ∞. I tried also with ♾️ and with ‘& infin;’ and ‘& #8734;’ with and without quotation marks but I still see NaN. Please make it possible again.

We asking, because a lot of themes say: we are compatible with… but that means only: Its possible to install and run this plugin with our theme, but there is no special integration or any widget for that plugin integrated into theme. We need to understand this better please without install your theme and testing.

2. There is no condition to display custom layout on vendor pages at the moment.
3. WoodMart doesn’t have custom layouts for these pages.
4. Actually yes, we don’t have special widgets for this plugin. We provide full compatibility and adjust some styling to make it look better with our theme.
