Hi rodbor,
Great template at all. I noticed one quite a problem on iPhone.
I do not know for what reason but sometimes appears white flash every 5-6 seconds. Please check, it is annoying.

Sorry for my late response.
I think that is happening because of the parallax script. Disabling it should fix it.
Can I disable parallax only for mobile device?
I’m working on a solution.
This is the answer I want to hear.
Previous answer I did not like, if you throw paralax from the web is no longer a template that I paid for and wanted.

Hi there… I am having issues with the BG images of all the separators on ipad/iphone. I cant seem to get the images to sit properly in its position. Its like I having 2 images

I think your best solution is having bigger images.
But you could tweak their vertical positions too:
Open the nbw-parallax.js file.
Go to lines 71, 79, 87 and 96 and you’ll find this line:
bg1.css({'backgroundPosition': newPos(50, windowHeight, pos, 400, 0.2)});the value 400 is the vertical position, try playing with these values in the different lines.
Hi! Just purchased this template and really liking it!
Quick question about the main background image at the top (bg1.jpg). When looking on my iphone (or if I just shrink my browser to iphone size), the background image is repeating. I think it’s because I have a large logo showing up within h1 small. Do I need to make some sort of change to the size of this logo under the media queries in the layout css?
Also on the iphone, I’m noticing just a small portion of the bottom of the bg1 image showing up at the very top of the site (I see this on my site as well as on your demo). It’s like 5 or 10 px.

You can change the vertical position of the those bg images following these steps:

You can either look at it on an iphone or try shrinking the browser and you’ll see what I mean. It definitely functions differently than http://rodrigob.com/themes/scrn/.

The only difference between your site and the original template is the image height.
So if you use a bigger image that should fix it.
Another way is making the image non-responsive, by removing the following lines in the media queries:
#intro .bg1 {
background-size: 120%;
}

thanks for the update on the contact form but even after following the instructions, it seems like it’s taking a very long time for the contact form to send? On top of that, even when it “sends successfully”, I still don’t receive an email of the message?

I really love your theme, wow! Before I buy it.. I’ve some small questions..
- Is it easy to add some extra parts at the theme? Now you have 4 ( WORK SERVICES ABOUT CONTACT) I need 6?
- And is it easy to play with the separators? height etc. and put some more between the 6 parts?
And if I change the height of the parts etc..Are the separators still good visible?

First of all I want to congratulate you on the awesome work you have put into this template, it is pretty awesome. I got a couple of small issues with it.
First, I had a similar issue with the backgrounds as halli42 above, and after setting up all my backgrounds to the same size as you have in the template I was still having the same issue. I went into the parallax.js file and started playing around with the values until I was able to find a fix, however now if you readjust the window size like you would in a phone then it breaks again. Can you help me find the right set of values for it to work? My guess is that it’s based on the positioning of the scrollbar on the screen and/or how big the non-background sections are.
Secondly, for some reason my contact form is not working at all, but I’ll wait until you release the updated one to see if that fixes my problem.

hello hope you can help me with the problem I have with the mail form. hosting provider tells me this:
The contact form you are using is attempting to send mail as the person who filled out the form. This latest policy change will block e-mail if the FROM address is using one of those domains listed in the link above (hotmail, gmail, yahoo…etc).
I would recommend changing your contact form to send using a FROM address that belongs to one of your DreamHost domains. You can set the REPLY-TO field to any other e-mail address and the mail should send without issue.
I do not understand how to do this since I do not program it, follow the instructions in the documentation only. Sorry for the inconvenience thank you very much for your attention .. greetings and happy new year

First of all this is a really nice theme.
I added a separator4 & a bg5 between the intro and the seperator1, but I can’t make the parallax effect work. I added a “fifthbg” var in the parallax js and set the background position.
Maybe it’s from bg5.css and fifithbg.css ? I can’t find the files for the previous bg such as bg4.css.
Any idea?

So the WP version doesn’t include parallax? The live preview for both HTML5 and WP versions shows it with parallax, but once the WP version is uploaded it seems to be not more than a static (if beautiful) portfolio page. Am I missing something? Building a site for a friend for Christmas if you have a minute to respond!

Before I buy, I don’t need ‘much’ prior knowledge do I? I’m good with computers, know just the basics of html, and nothing of CSS. Will I be able to customize this in dreamweaver sufficiently?
Also I’ll be using this as a video gallery, so this template would work alright with that?

It should work, I’m using the same contact form on my web host and is working correctly. I suspect it is some PHP setting on your web host.
This week I’m going to update the contact forms on all my themes, so it should fix your issue.

Yes it’s possible if you have some knowledge of HTML/CSS and JS. But you have to ask the author responsible for the Wordpress version.
