The OpenTable form is included with the theme, and the information entered in the form is forwarded to OpenTable. The user has to complete a reservation at OpenTable.
To use it you need to input your OpenTable ID to the reservation form element. Everything you want to change is in the OpenTable account you make. For more info regarding the payments and notifications, please take a look at this link.

No, I thought that with the reservation you have made on your template, the notification goes directly to email or SMS. And there was no need for OpenTable.

If you do not want to use the OpenTable form, note that the theme is compatible with the Contact Form 7 plugin. You can use it to create your own reservation forms, which can be delivered to the Email that you set in the form settings.

1. All of the features showcased in the demo and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.
2. Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that you can set the homepage of your choice by following instructions from this article.
3. Yes, the theme is compatible with WPML, and when it comes to creating multi-language websites using our themes we recommend checking the article in this link.
The theme is supported and it will be continued to be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The header and footer options are adjusted through theme options. Menus are created and edited in Appearance > Menus and header and footer widget areas are adjusted in Appearance > Widgets. For a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.

This can be enabled if you are using “Product List” element on the page in the “Product List Settings” by enabling category filter. For the default WooCommerce shop page https://thalassa.qodeinteractive.com/shop/ this cannot be added.

This is due to the recent changes in the new WooCommerce update. Due to the latest WooCommerce update there has been some changes in the HTML structure of the default WooCommerce pages. Single product page Images might be affected.
You can downgrade plugin to some previous version (it should display correctly with WooCommerce 7.7) as a temporary solution until the theme update is released.
All the themes will be updated as soon as possible and the layout for the Single product page will be resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, we have bought your theme with pleasure, but as soon as it is installed we discover that only the Elementor page builder is provided and not WPBakery which is unclearly indicated as compatible. So we reset everything, reinstalled the theme and installed WpBakery, but even so it doesn’t work, in the sense that the imported pages have a different layout from how they are presented and cmq they are seen if Elementor is activated. You will have understood we don’t like working with Elementor. How can we solve? Thanks.
Another thing, much more important, Widgets don’t work! We reinstalled everything again, activated the required plugins. But when we try to access the Widgets we get an error page with the wording ” Cart ()

The theme is nice, but you can’t work like that!
We just reset everyone again to figure out where the problem is. We started from 0. From the database. Reinstalled, ok. Wordpress CMS loaded, ok. Installed the Thalassa Theme, ok. Activated the theme with the purchase code and the email. Installed the required Plugins required (only those). So far the CMS Backend was not giving any problems. However, when we proceed to Import the Demos once completed, the problem we have exposed occurs, that is, trying to access the Widgets (necessary to work) there is the error (which we had indicated before but which we repeat:

Yes, there is not much to assist, the problems we have reported to you depend on the Template. Could we at least understand the “Compatibility” with WpBackery that you indicate if it is possible or not? Since importing the layouts trying to work them with WpBakery they are completely offset. The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
You should know that the native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run the import tool you will get Elementor content, however, you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same, shortcodes are included as well.
WPBakery does not come included within the theme, so you will have to purchase the plugin and build your own content with it.

The problem, as we have already said, is that once you import the pages if you use WpBakery the layouts are completely staggered, different from what they should be, so it is obvious that there is something wrong. Furthermore, we have already reported other critical issues, and we are finding others that do not allow us to carry out a job as it should be.

Shop functionality is achieved with WooCommerce plugin, and catalog mode isn’t available as a standard option. For it, you will need WooCommerce extension.
You could also consider using some CSS if you want just to hide add to cart button on products.

WPBakery page builder doesn’t come bundled with a theme, you’ll have to purchase it separately if you wish to use it. Native import comes in Elementor page builder (free version).
You can achieve a similar layout as from your example using the image and text below, but you do have this menu layout available as well.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery as all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder so you can use this plugin to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.
