Worst experience with a WordPress theme ever!! The theme is buggy, barely no support and no updates. But the developer is still making money by selling this theme on themeforest.net and other themes on WooCommerce.com. I am really disappointed that the theme won’t be removed by Envato.
Created 2 or 3 times support ticket but no response. I’ve a license issue right now. Can’t use my license.
I hope upcoming update will fix _load_textdomain_just_in_time() errors…

I think the update will be delayed. I would be very happy if you could keep us informed about the process. What you have created with Cartify is great, I and other Cartify buyers really appreciate you for this theme. However, irregular updates (almost 1 year without an update, feature enhancement or new feature) are annoying. Moreover, lack of communication is also a problem. Please do not lose interest in this theme.

Thank you for your response. Yes it’s compatible but as Screenme reported 5 months ago, logo problem remains on WebKit based browsers.

Hello, I noticed that the logo in the header appears stretched horizontally on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iMac), but it displays correctly on Android and Windows.

Will Cartify get an update for WooCommerce 9.6? The product editor will change but Cartify settings wont appear in the new editor.

The theme needs an update for WordPress 6.7 and latest version of WooCommerce. Theme widget blocks doesn’t work properly. Especially filter widgets. They gives an error.
I wrote an email about it but you didn’t even answer. Also some strings can’t translatable via Loco.

Thanks, I checked the documentation and there is no option to set the footer for products in the product template, we have around 3000+ products which need to add footer which was created using block, any easy way to add the footer to all or we need to edit each product to add the footer?

I have 3 copies of your theme running on multiple sites and I have asked this before but never received an answer for “How I can get rid of the Category bar under the header menu?” There is still no option to turn it off after the updates, It isn’t a widget, and seems to be hard coded into the template. How can I remove this category bar without overriding it in CSS ? I don’t want it there on some sites. Also, the styling(padding) for the text in this bar is not working correctly and it doesn’t look good as the arrows hide the text.

Plugins like Agni Builder and Agni Cartify are consuming a lot of server resources, VPS with 32 GB of RAM only having these plugins active is consuming up to 3GB of RAM which is absurd for the topic.
