Thank you for purchasing our consulpro theme. You can change colors, images or size from theme option. We have 5 different header style. You can select any header style for page. Go to page click edit, at below we have an option to select header style.

You should be able to add your translations happily through Loco Translate without any issues. If you notice missing strings, please make sure to synchronize the translation file (use the “Sync” button in Loco Translate) so it can load all available strings from the theme.

Thanks a lot, it works now. The previous .po file installed was empty. One last thing please: There seems to be a bug in the contacto info widget used in the contact page. We only use Facebook and Instagram, so we leave Liinkedin and Twitter empty, but icons still show. Thanks! There is no theme updates notification inside wordpress admin, so I downloaded and installed the theme again from Themeforest. When uploaded i get a notification indicating it is the same version as I had. I installed it and it shows I have v.1.0. Thanks for the update! If the consultpro.zip file you downloaded from Themeforest still shows as v1.0, even though newer versions are listed in the changelog. It is the new version. We have release yesterday.

Well that is very confusing for customers. The issue is that there are no plugin nor core updates and the issue I mentioned with the social icons on the contact page still happens. I am sorry, but only the social icons has been fixed. In my support ticket I mentioned other issues, such as main color “yellow” has been changed for “red” (check in incognito mode: https://prnt.sc/z7TBd3t4oBHH). Also the new “quick links” on mobile header has no string translation. Please take a look at all the 5 issues I detailed in my ticket and thanks for fixing the social icons issue.

Hi, could you please be more specific? I did follow the documentation, even manual imports of different homepages. No content is being imported. Can you please explain why are those errors happening? What are they due to? Are they due to sysmtem requirements? As you said, “in general” should work, but this is not general since I followed general instructions and it does not work.

Just one more question: There is no option to change the menu font types in Appearence > Customize > Fonts. (only headings and body). Where can we change this?

I am sorry, but there is another important issue we just noticed. In responsive (mobile, tablet) the toggle menu shows the horizonal menu and an overflow-x, instead of showing the vertical mobile menu.

In our site, Header Navigation Menu and it’s all dropdown submen shows vertically. Please recheck it, still have issue send us a screenshot. You may update the theme with latest release.

I know in your demo site shows fine, but not in our site, that is the reason for my request. I have the latest version of the theme, latest update done. You also have my site credentials to check although you just need to open the site “https://adios-deudas.es” in mobile to see what I mean. no menu

Pages show empty, only header, footer and logo. When editing with elementor can see the blocks and structure but no elements inside. Seems page content was not imported when importing the complete demo (Initial Setup) as shown in documentation. Menu not showing in pages either. Only blog posts show the content.
