Hi there! I just installed the theme and all plugins, however, I’m being prompted to activate ElementsKit: “Please activate ElementsKit to get automatic updates, premium support and unlimited access to the layout library of ElementsKit.”

When trying to activate I’m taken to a screen that is requesting that I enter a “license key”... I don’t have a license key and your documentation doesn’t mention one anywhere. The steps on-screen say I need to log into my “Wpmet” account… but I don’t have or want a wpmet account.

Can you direct me to where this license key is? Thanks!

My website is having an issue when trying to scroll the page using a mouse scroller. It’s not scrolling down at all. The scroll only works if you drag the scroll bar on the right side.

The form design in this template is quite minimalistic and lacks completeness. While it includes basic text and textarea inputs, it seems to completely overlook other essential elements such as checkboxes, radio buttons, and select menus. Styling these missing input types requires considerable extra effort, which significantly reduces the developer experience. This needs to be addressed when updating. Otherwise, the template can create quite nice websites.

If I need to use this for RTL language, do I need any plugins?

Hello. I installed the license on my domain, then few hours I switched hosting, and started afresh, I tried activating the license on same domain but it says it’s already activated.

Please, can you deactivate it from your end? I can’t login to envato to do that because the login code they send, the email no longer exist. I only have access to themeforest at the moment, and hopefully I message them to change my email themselves.

This theme is stunning! But I’m disappointed that there’s no RTL version! I know you replied to many others confirming it supports RTL but I can’t buy it before I make sure it’s 100% RTL compatible, because I have been in this situation many times where I buy a theme and regret it because it has too many issues with RTL and I had to tweak them for ages or abandon them completely, I don’t have time for requesting refunds and waste my time. Thanks in advance!

I am unable to create the megamenu. There is no option coming to customize it. I can’t find E logo to add one.

After updating the ElementsKit plugin 3.4.5 to 3.4.7., website started going to infinite loop.

Before updating, everything was working fine,

Active theme: Sierra Active Plugins: Elementor: v3.27.6 ElementorKit: v3.4.7 ElementsKitPro: v3.27.6

I also tried to rollback ElementorKit to 3.4.5 But, nothing seems to fix this issue.
