Hello. You have an bug in your woodmart theme files. How to produce: 1. Install wordpress on php 8.2 or php 8.3. Install elementor free. 3. Install woocommerce. 4. Upload your theme files and install core plugins. Finally you have now a fresh wordpress with woodmart. 5. Create an single product template via woodmart -> Layouts and enable it. 6. Create a password protected product via woocommerce and open it in privat tab:
If woodmart layout -> product template is enable: no password needed to open the product. If woodmart layout -> product template is disabled: password protection is shown fine. Also the product template via elementor template builder (elementor pro) is working fine with password protection. But your theme layout option for product is breaking with password protected products.
We switched to storefront and its also working fine. Please fix it.

Hello! I have a question about Linked Variations. I created one and set up all settings according to Documentation, but the result on the live page is nowhere to be seen; there is also no option to view the result of the post/product from the WordPress Dashboard like for products/posts/pages https://prnt.sc/7UTxxDY-c3Lw . The only way I can make a variable product is to make it variable as a product. Also, the variable products takes automatically many attributes randomly, which I don’t want, I just need one, and the rest to be at specifications. Thank you in advance for the help!

You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart. Navigate to Layouts > Edit the single Product Layout and customize and rearrange the elements as per your requirements.

The issue is that your SVG images don’t have width and height attributes.
You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add “width” “height” attributes to your svg tag like it is shown. Then you will need to re-upload your image in WordPress Dashboard.

I found an issue with the theme. It seems that when a WooCommerce product has many comments, not all of them are displayed. Only up to 50 comments are shown. Ideally, I would like all comments to be displayed by default. Could you please let me know how to fix this?

Hello! I tried to update the theme via FTP to the latest version available on Theme Forest. A fatal error occurred due to the theme. It could be from Elementor (and it was updated to the latest version), it could also be from Elementor Pro, I don’t know. The fact is that after this error I had to restore everything from backup, regardless of whether I went back to the initial version of Elementor.

Issue: Fatal Error in Abandoned Cart Module
I’m experiencing a fatal error in the WoodMart theme related to the Abandoned Cart module:
pgsql Copy Edit Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_cart_contents() on bool in /wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/woocommerce/modules/abandoned-cart/list-tables/class-cart-content-table.php on line 97 It seems WC()->cart is returning false, and the code is trying to call get_cart_contents() on it without checking. This breaks the admin panel.
Please fix this with a proper check for WC()->cart before calling any methods. Let me know if a patch or update is available. Thanks!

The documentation for WoodMart on product video notes: ‘that if you use a YouTube or Vimeo video, your gallery can’t be controlled with touch or swipe. You can use arrows only.’ I was unable to find an example of this in any of the demo galleries. Do you have a demo that shows this restriction? I also would like to know if I switch to this theme from Basel will I have to manually transfer, product by product, all my video IDs from my product pages?

Our header builder is designed to work with our theme only. It is not available as a separate plugin.

I purchased Basel vs. Woodmart years ago because the product video options seemed more robust. However, it looks as if the product video options for the gallery in Woodmart are extremely beneficial for my needs. My question is, how much effort would a switch to Woodmart require on my end?
