Another question before finalize and make purchase: I want to be using the template https://listeo.pro/ and I’d like to make a modification.

Under the “Trending Listings” section, I want to rename it to “Featured Listings” and have it display listings based on the user’s location automatically.

For example: • If someone visits the site from San Francisco, California, they should see Featured Listings specific to San Francisco. • If another user visits from Brooklyn, New York, they should see Featured Listings for Brooklyn.

Is this functionality possible with this theme?

I always liked your theme more. and you crowned it with many nice features. However, the most important reason why I switched to “mylisting” theme is that it offers the possibility to customize each listing type. If you ask me if I am satisfied: I am not anymore. They almost stopped developing the theme. They stated that they will never bring multi-language support. When the theme sells a lot, they continue to leave it as it is . No Dokan compatibility. They will be the NOKIA of the future.
Why am I writing here? I have done a lot of customization. I spent a lot of time. If you also bring advanced customization to your theme, listing types, you will be ranked 1st and never go down. Secondly, if you can provide a seamless transition from mylisting, I am thinking of switching immediately without thinking. I wanted to share my personal ideas. I hope to hear your good news.
