The theme is very nice, but VERY basic. If you want to modify something from one of their demos, you might end up like us, with the mobile version having a header with the logo that’s not centered and no easy options to change something as simple as the background color.

I always come back to this page, just to look, because this is the most beautiful template I’ve ever bought in my life. Even though my support ended a long time ago, it still works perfectly. Support just said the theme doesn’t work unless you import demo content – even though your instructions say don’t import demo content on an existing website. What happens if Google spiders the demo content? Please see below:

Your support team says – you have to import the content. I have pointed them to that document. Still they say you have to import the demo content.
They say you can delete it right away. Their suggestion is to create a new admin and then delete that admins content after the import.

Seriously, your instructions to fix this is on Github. ? I don’t even know how to download a plugin from github.

This seems like a broken theme. There where not clear instructions that you would be downloading plugins from Github – which I don’t like. Why isn’t the plugin at wordpress where it can be reviewed?
I’m not okay with your solution. I have followed all the instructions about the websites php setting and they are good.
Do you think you should pull this theme until you can fix it properly? A customer should not have to download from Github to fix the theme.

I’ve seen in some demos, it looks like the theme has a built-in function to apply image credits for thumbnails, as under some thumbnails in the articles there is text “Photo by Eric Reed”. Can you please tell me if this is a separate function, or does it use the image description, alt text etc. of the image via the WordPress media gallery? How does it work?
I’m currently paying about €60 per year for a plugin which handles image credits, so I would be super interested in buying this theme since it would save me a lot of money over time. I’m currently already using another theme of yours (Swyft), but I would seriously consider switching.
