I’m having trouble changing the website logo; can you show me how to do it?

I hope you are doing well​. The changing CAE Services are straightforward in documentation. I have to go finexpert theme option, then go to CAE Services inside the section, where I edit the it isee the CAE layout option and sidebar selection option. When I change the layout to the left side and set the services sidebar, then I save the setting. But the setting does not save. It remains as before

In the demo, there is a “get in touch” button in the menu bar but I do not see that button in the menu bar of mine after the import of the them

I’m having an issue with the CEA Templates module in Finxpert. When I add a banner image on Service, Team, Testimonial, or Event pages, it disappears after clicking “Save Settings” and doesn’t get saved.

We had deployed the Finxpert theme on our website but because of some issues we had to revamp the website. So we deleted the existing wordpress ​from our hosting and added a fresh one on the same domain which is ksfgwealth.com. On adding the Finxpert theme again using the purchase code added above. It is showing that the license is already activated on other website and we have to deactivate it first to enable it on this website. Although, it was enabled on the very same domain (ksfgwealth.com​) but now it was deleted. So it should have not raised this issue. Secondly, we tried to create a ticket on https://zozothemes.ticksy.com/ but it is not letting me login and I am not even getting an email to forget my password for zozotheme. Please guide me in both these situations. Thank you!

Some features are missing after install and import the demo content. eg. Feature Box. especially ShortCode. Then some content of page disappeared from page.

Purchase theme recently. I am unable to get all the features of the themes. cannot find theme option, plugins included, import demo, etc…

It seems stuck on theme license activation. Insert the product code but still nothing.

Submitted a ticket for this issue, waiting for support.
