Listeo + Dokan: vendors need to connect with stripe twice? Why dokan payment method is not showing in marketplace (only regular stripe is showing but is not splitting payments)? And why is dokan showed in bookings even when I’ve check the “hide dokan stripe connect” in bookings?

Hello. Question before purchasing a theme.

1. It is possible to set up prepayment (Advance) of 10%, 20%, 30% in Add Listing Form Editor. The guest makes an advance payment, the dates are closed in the calendar. Until the advance payment is made, other guests can send requests (not book!) for the same dates.

It is desirable that when paying for an Order, additional information is displayed for the Guest and Owner “Total cost” for which no payment is charged and “Advance” for which payment is charged.

2. Owner – Receiving funds. Prepayment (Advance”) is credited to the site balance, the next day after successful check-in, the money is not transferred to the Owner, but remains on the site owner’s account as a Commission Rate. All ads are published free of charge. The Owner receives the remaining amount from the guest upon check-in.

Example: Booking cost is $50 X 3 days = $150. Advance paid by the Guest is 10% = $15.

The Guest pays the remaining amount of $135 upon check-in (in cash or by card).

3. The booking commission rate is set by the site owner, leaving one Free Package with all levels.

Payment from the Owner is charged only for successful bookings of 10%, 15%, 20%. It would be ideal to set up the ability to link the Booking Commission Rate to the Advance Payment. Commission Rate of 10% = Advance Payment of 10%. Or make it for this additional function.

4. Will it be possible to display the information “Total Cost” (‘This amount should not be processed in Woocommerce payments, only “Advance”), “Advance” (the amount that the guest must pay), “Booking Fee” in the booking widget? Or can this be specified only in the listing description.

5. With 300,000 listings published on the site, the average price for one booking will be $ 50.

This will amount to approximately 10 bookings per month from one listing. 300,000 : 10 = 30,000 X 50 = 1,500,000 dollars.

6. Why is this necessary. If this amount is converted into other currencies and take into account that they will be transferred to the site company’s account, and then returned to the Listing Owner’s account, this will simply be a nightmare. Not everyone has the opportunity to set up a Stripe payment gateway with separate payments. The tax service will real problems.

Hi, Is there a way to switch off the availability check for rental listings so that the calendar is not red and no days are blocked? An alternative would be to set an available quantity. For example, if I rent out bicycles and have 100 of one model, I don’t want to post the same listing 100 times. Thank you

How does the google place id work? does it retrieve the star rating with number of reviews and all the reviews on demand then cache it for a month or sometime to avoid more queries to google?

Hi, I don’t understand one thing: If I create a category and associate it with “Rental,” for example, why does that category appear when I go to enter a listing in “Events”? I don’t understand. If it has nothing to do with events, it should only appear under “Rental,” right?

We are considering purchasing the Listeo theme for our project. Currently, we’re using a theme we bought on Envato from Pixelgrade, but unfortunately, the company is no longer supporting or updating it. This has caused several issues for us as WordPress continues to evolve.

Before we move forward, we’d like to ask: Can you assure us that Listeo will continue to receive regular updates and support over the long term? We’re hoping to avoid the same situation we experienced with Pixelgrade and want to make a more reliable choice this time.
