While you sell one template with 100+ designs for $38, the developer Apus sells individual templates with the same functionality (for example, Findus, Superio, Cityo, Listdo…). Is that fair? I don’t think so — especially when their template descriptions don’t match reality. They claim everything can be edited with Elementor, but in fact it only works on the homepage and default pages that aren’t even used.
And Envato support ignored this, which basically means they approve of it. Just imagine how much your profit would increase if you sold 100+ templates with the same functionality individually instead of offering them as one…
