If not, is there a way to make a booking with Stripe through a paid/premium add-on ? If so, could you share some details please.

Hi, thanks so much for your interest. But I’m sorry, at the moment, Stripe hasn’t been integrated into the booking payment methods yet.
I purchased this theme yesterday after being impressed by how beautiful and well-structured it looked in the ThemeForest demo. Unfortunately, after importing the demo content, the site doesn’t look or function the same way it was presented in the demo. The layout, styles, and elements appear broken or incomplete, and the customization options don’t seem to bring it anywhere close to the advertised design.
Additionally, the theme performance is quite slow, both on the front end and in the backend editor, which makes the experience frustrating. What’s more disappointing is the lack of immediate or responsive support I expected faster assistance, especially right after purchase.

I urge you to personally try installing the theme and honestly evaluate its functionality. From my experience, it is not working as advertised, and this has caused a loss of both time and money.

I’m considering purchasing this theme, but I have a few questions before doing so:
1. Is it possible to make the menu sticky?
2. Can I remove the “Best Time to Travel” section from the tour?
3. Is it possible to change the position of the duration and place it where the destination is currently shown on the tour?
4. Can the tours be displayed in a grid or one below the other, instead of the sliding format?

Hi, thanks for your interest. 1. Is it possible to make the menu sticky? -> Yes, sticky menu option is available. You can enable or disable it.
2. Can I remove the “Best Time to Travel” section from the tour? -> Yes, this is a custom field, and you can delete it by yourself easily, or hide it from the listing view.
3. Is it possible to change the position of the duration and place it where the destination is currently shown on the tour? -> You mean the position of the duration in the sidebar tour filter? If so, the answer is yes, you can reorder those manually.
4. Can the tours be displayed in a grid or one below the other, instead of the sliding format? -> You mean on the home page or the tour page? Tours have already been displayed in a grid on the tour page.
I actived the themes in Wordpress and it showed only 1 home screen, plus not showing up like how it supposes to be. Anyone can reach out to help?

At the moment, payment should be full, deposit feature will be available in the future.

You can modify this file: themes/travelami/booking/templates/booking-form.php But your modifications will be overridden in the next update, so you need to back up all the changes.

The image I send you is not boxed, I just mixed several structures from your other pages and from other websites. The design will feature a dynamic slider at the top with a prominent search bar to find tours, blogs, and other content, inviting users to explore the city through posts or experiences. It will need a dedicated search results page.

You can create the page’s content as your imagination easily with Elementor. But the search bar is currently for tours only. Let me think about blog search solution.

Thanks so much for your interest. Currently, the theme hasn’t been absolutely integrated with Woocommerce payments yet (promissingly in the future). It’s ready with Cash, PayPal, and Credit Card.

Hi, yes, it’s possible. You should install Loco translate plugin and then translate the word Branch in the plugin “Advanced products”. Then go to wp-admin > Advanced products > custom fields > Edit the Branch field > change its label there as well.

Some packages use an inquiry form, while others allow booking with payment. Since not all of our tour packages can be booked with payment, some will only require the inquiry form. Is that possible?
Yes, it’s surely possible. For tours without a specific price, they will display an inquiry form. Tours that have a price will be booked with payment.
Perfect, one more question, is it possible to make discount by number of booking? For example, if the guest book with 1 adult the price is $100, if they book 2 guest they get $170, 3 guest $200, etc

You can go to Travelami Options > Settings > Advanced Product Options > Advanced Product Related. There you’ll be able to change the title.
