I’ve updated to the latest theme version and noticed the first big glitch – the “Image Upload” does not work – cannot upload any images… It shows a Javascript error.

Please fix it and let us know when it’s back to working.

Cleared cache, restarted the browser in incognito mode – same issue – does not go away.

This was the worst update to deal with and every time i update Houzez theme – there’s issues.

Please make this theme reliable after an update. There’s a lot of issues for me to deal with now.

Following the update, adding code to the header for Google Tag Manager and Facebook tags causes the frontend of the site to display a blank (white) page

Fixed in v4.0.2, you can update.

For our site https://cityvalue.gr didn’t work even we have updated to 4.0.3. When i add the code the header the forntend does’t work https://ibb.co/vvL30s39 I

Greetings, the problem is that I’m making modifications to the demo, but I’m confused about how to keep the modified demo as the default. Second, should I just delete one basic page and delete the remaining pages 2-3…because they confuse me and mix up the modified and unmodified pages. Then the properties in the top menu, specifically in the property V1 V2…what does that mean? Thank you.

Hello After finishing the update, I noticed that the new elements and terms added to the term cannot be translated into French. I use Loco Translate.

Everything is translatable, in fact there is no change for terms in update.

After update theme to 4.0, update all theme plugins, property cards and layouts are broken. EDIT: After clean site and browser cache now is all good

After updating the theme and plugins, the home page no longer looks the same as before; the icons with listing properties are no longer oriented horizontally but vertically, unsightly. What is the reason?

All of the demos has no Currency Switcher. This is one of the most important part of the theme in real estate business. The sample given by the support is not also working.. Please fix this or else. I will ask for a refund and use another premium theme then.

I just wanted to let you know that your new “Plugin Management” system does not work. None of the buttons react to any clicks, such as “Update Now”, “Update All”, “Refresh Status” etc.

I guess I’ll have to manually update the plugins through the ZIP files.

I like the idea of this new plugin management, but it looks like it’s not working properly as it appears other users are reporting the same thing.

I look forward to using it though when it does work!

Please just clear browser cache. We mentioned in change log that browser cache needs to be cleared.

SOLVED. Have to upload plugins directly from the zip file. One at once. don’t use Envato market update. obviously you have to unzip the folder first. Regards AGA

Oh my gosh, to update to Houzez 4.0.0, I have to update the theme & plugins separately. Specifically update the theme in the appearance section, upload the plugins files to Plugin > add plugin. Can not upload “all files at once.”

I’m having major issues after Houzez 4.0.0. I cleared cache and all plugins updated but nothing looks as it did before the update. I tried to downgrade but that appears to not be possible. It would have been nice to have a warning that this was a major change that would require significant time to upgrade. I’ve been using this theme for years and updates have never been this problematic.
