When clicking menu items, the theme’s ginevra-core.min.js calls $.fn.animate() with an undefined easing function (easeOutSine). Because the easing plugin isn’t loaded, this throws a jQuery error that halts all JavaScript on the page, breaking core features such as the WordPress admin menu. Please include the jQuery Easing library or define the missing easing functions to resolve this.

I have created some portfolio categories, when I visit the category page, it now showing the category page title, instead showing “Archive” now to fix that?

I am importing the demo content and its stuck on 52% for hours, what can I do?

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
Also, please try deactivating Qi Addons for Elementor and Qi Blocks plugins during import (they are not required).
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with latest version. Also, The theme is supported and we will continue to update it when necessary.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

How do I make every page have the same menu as the default main home page menu?
Basically I want to remove the Fullscreen Menu from the portfolio page so it has the same default menu that goes along the top of the page horizontally (like it does on the portfolio item page).

Make sure that the default header layout set in the Theme Core Options>> Header is the same as the Header settings on your home page. If that does not help, check the Header Settings of your portfolio pages and make sure that it is the same as on your Home page.

The breadcrumbs are a part of the title settings. To remove them you might need to disable the Title area in Ginevra Core Options >> Title, or on the Title settings of your page directly. You can read more about that in the Theme documentation.

Hi there, first of all: I’m very happy with your portfolio theme. So it runs from the beginning – Version 1.0 from 2022 I guess. Now I have some notices from Wordpress, that the Slider Revolution needs to be updated. This one came as a bundle with the theme, but I can not update it. I hope, that there is a possibillity to fix this problem and maybe you can give me a hand for this? Slider Revolution Version now is 6.6.18 and it needs 6.7.20. Many thanks in advance, Peter

If you are referring to the thumbnails from portfolio list, it not possible to add videos, but you can use .gif files instead. You can embed videos to the inner pages. For more info regarding the theme and its options please take a look at the theme documentation.

Until mid-August my page worked perfectly. Afterwards the portfolio slider has let it work. I can only show my pruducts in the home with this plugin in mansory mode (slider does not work as before). What could be the problem?

This is most likely related to the swiper library from the QiAddons plugin. Try to update the QiAddons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled WordPress five or six times. Every time I import the theme template, it does not go smoothly, and the progress bar is incompletely updated every time. Submitted a ticket to their team, but there has been no reply, which is terrible.

Hi, I need to add the WPML language selector near the menù. I edited header.php template file and all works fine but there is a problem with the sticky header because whene the header goes sticky there isn’t the WPML integration.
